The item's were left by Barry inside the storage room and left you a note on the wall outside of the room, he will leave things to help you in your game I think he only does it twice in the remake at different locations and in the original game only once. Not including the acid rounds he gave you on one of the previous episodes. Glad you guys got this far the re1 remake originally released on Game cube is essentially the same the version your playing is the Re1 Remake (Remastered Version) which they added extra constumes for the characters like Chris and Jills BSAA uniform from Re5 and have given you 3 options to play instead of 2 options like in the Gamecube original remake and one of the options was very easy mode and also the Graphics are in HD and look much more sharper. Your currently chosen Normal mode Hard mode is unlocked after you beat the game as either Chris or Jill once before unlocking the hard mode. So imagine how much harder the game would be if you chosen hard mode! 😂. It is a very challenging game! Even after I finished playing it I was hesistant to go back and play the harder versions for 100% completion lol. Also those red looking round dots that look like pimples on the death mask isn't anything special its just the decoration on the mask lol. Im glad you didn't turn the lever in the plant room to "Green" instead of "Red" that would turn on the other hose and kill all the green herbs in that room because of the herbicide chemical you used to kill the big plant inside and you would have lost all the herbs in that room.. the game developers really made things harder in this game and much more fun too. It was a great episode by the way I'm really enjoying these episodes, keep up the great work guys you're doing extremely well Lexonal!! 😀👍🏻

Congrats on finding the Grenade Launcher 😁 It really comes in handy against the Crimson Heads. You can also burn normal Zombies with Incendiary Rounds and they won't come back as Crimsons 👍

Great video as always guys! Try and get in the habit of keeping the lighter and fuel on hand…I once tried to BBQ a zombie to prevent it from becoming a Crimson head and it scared the crap out of me!
Well played guys great episode. The wooden mount is used to trace the second floor map which is in the room with the fireplace on the 2nd floor. Use the wooden mount on the thing above the fireplace and then light the fire to get the 2nd floor map.

Definitely make sure to only refill your lighter fluid once you've completely ran out. The canisters only have about 3 refills each, regardless of how many uses you have left when you refill. Also I was worried about your chances of success at the start of this ep when you had no ammo and every zombie appeared to be a crimson head - made it very satisfying to see you turn it around like that on your first go!
Really making some real progress now! i hope you find more ammo soon! otherwise, you'll have to use harsh language to the zombies! ^_^ Great job!

The music is intentionally meant to make the game feel tense. It does get lighter as you progress.

The red and green lever are connected to a red and green pipe in the floor respectively. If you had used the green lever after putting the chemical in you would have inadverdently killed the green herbs. Just another way this game likes to troll you I guess.
Thank you for the shoutout Pablo and Lexonal and yes I am in fact danish. I thought it would be funny to have my username refer to the fact that some pastries are referred to as "danishes". I've been thinking about changing it though because I feel it's a bit akward to say.
Great work guys. The headshots with the handgun, you don’t need to aim upwards towards the sky. It’s a bit RNG whether you get a headshot with the handgun. You just need to aim normally.

Remake vs Remaster...
The term remake refers to completely rebuilding a game from the ground up with new models, new everything , which RE 2002 certainly is.
A remaster typically refers to taking an older game and perhaps upping the resolution of textures, remastering sound, making a few quality of life improvements etc, but for all intents and purposes, its still the original game.
However this 2002 remake of RE, was remastered in 2015, so this version you are playing, is both of these things. Making it slightly confusing.
