For three nights I was moaning all night and the dreams were just weird.
I just kept forcing myself to drink lots of hot water with ginger and lemon.

I always thought shivering/feeling cold was when your body’s temperature gets too hot it releases the heat through your hair cells etc. Then in turn it makes you feel cold when in fact your the opposite? What a nurse once told me in the hospital anyway.

Shivering actually means that temperature is rising. For example, before i started shivering, thermometer showed 38.3 C after it raised to 39 C

Here doctors always say not to take anti fever drugs unless the temp goes above 38.5 Celsius

I shivered so much that even with a heater i still had to wear a hoodie and a blanket. I still felt cold but the next day it's gone and impossible to sleep I wake up every hour and basically had no sleep, i feel like shit and i wanted to kill myself, migraines is so painful to make me think likes this. I really hope the next day it will be gone. I've not gone out for 2 whole days and i feel so weak. Staying in bed the whole day
