The only negative thing i can say about Cam and Dixie Cryptids is that i'm in my truck, driving through Arizona, and not sitting by a campfire with a cold beer and maybe a fishing pole in the water, listening. And once in awhile looking into the woods for eye shine. 😊

I was listening to one of your best of and you had commented that, for some reason, some people have something negative to say in the comments. So i was commenting to that. Love your show. I laughed out loud. Like hahaha when you talked about the guy rubbing the witch's head. You are a rockstar! You have an amazing skill, being a storyteller is a special gift. Historically the storytellers passed down the history of our ancestors. You might think you are just entertaining us, but you are so much more.
Just because a woman has long black hair, has cats, and is grumpy doesn’t make her a witch. I had a cat for several years, she got out and a car ran over her. Many times after that I could feel her jump on the bed and curl up behind my knees, so knew it was her and it comforted me💙💜
Animals Do Have a Spirit, I say this because I had a friend who just passed away that lives just a mile from me that has a Ghost of a Old Man and his Fice Dog that Haunts their old two story house. Everyone in their family has seen the pair, when they appear the room temp. will drop about 10 degrees and there will be a slight Fog around the Ghosts.
❤ WOW! That last story is the kind of story that makes you want to save Bigfoot.

I, too have a ghost cat that has been with me through several moves spanning decades of my life. My children, ex boyfriends and current husband have all encountered it; after snickering when I had warned them. I had a reiki done by a gifted intuitive practitioner who even mentioned the cat to me! She said it was black and liked being around me! I'd had several black cats in my life, but easily figured out which one it had to be. Now, I just smile and say "hi Mittens" to my faithful friend. I feel privileged every time I feel her jump on my bed, make bread and curl up next to me. Loved that story and all the others tonight Cam! I love the way you do what you do!. Thank you Cam!

Cam, there are times I get to feeling like one of my children or, one of my grandchildren, years ago. It was "Daddy or, PaPa, read us another story. That's how I feel now, "Cam, read us another story" 😊. I know you only have so much time and breath to accomplish what you do and, I'm very thankful for what I receive.

I agree that last story is one of the best friendly BF story Ive ever heard. If he thinks it was a couple feet taller than “Patty” then that would make it a 9 footer that protected him. No wonder the Grizzly ran! 😂

@@MBohm1990 I honestly don’t know. I know that some think it’s just another animal, but it’s more than that. My husband and I saw one years ago, and it looked at us like animals just don’t do. We also had quite a bit of strange activity and huge prints on our property about two years ago. It all continued for over a year and a half. The feeling I had one night as I was home alone and had something outside my window induced a feeling that no animal or person could. There were very deep prints, around 17 inches long, below my bedroom window the next morning. Normally, if I heard something outside, I’d get a gun and go check it out. I was practically frozen with fear though, a fear like I can’t explain adequately in text.
@@MBohm1990 we’re in Fouke, Arkansas, so there’s the whole “Boggy Creek Monster” thing around here. We were actually in Redwater, Texas when we saw one though. I was driving and it was around 11pm, early spring of 2005. It was running down the side of the road, right along the wood line, inside of CoE fenced land. It stood at least 8 foot tall and seemed to be very dark gray. You could see hair flowing back from its arms as it jogged(? - it wasn’t walking, nor was it running quickly). It was coming toward us as we were driving, so we could see its face. It seemed to look right in my eyes, and I know that sounds crazy since the headlights were on and we were inside the car, but that’s how it seemed. It almost seemed bemused with how it looked. The whole experience lasted only a few seconds, at most, but it is still perfectly clear in my mind, almost 20 years later.
The one outside my window, or I’m assuming by the very large and deep prints that that’s what it was, I don’t know about its intention. We live in a very old farmhouse and if it wanted in, it could have easily busted through the window. The only sounds I heard seemed like sniffing and low grunting sounds, and also what was very plainly something rubbing and lightly scratching on the window screen. I just stayed perfectly still after I woke, worried because I had fallen asleep with a small lamp on my nightstand on and I didn’t want my movements against the light to be seen. I just prayed and, after another minute or so, it stopped and ran toward the woods. It sounded like a horse running on two legs. I went out the next morning to see if there were any marks on the window or screen, but aside from a couple of oily smudges, there was only a very clear and deep print, and another heel impression a few feet from the one right below my window. We’ve had other strange occurrences, and neighbors along our road have seen them and had evidence of them too.
Edit: as far as whether they are malevolent, I don’t think they all are. I never go out to work in my yard without my gun and I always stay outside with my granddaughter when she plays in the yard. I’ve heard several stories of ones who have helped humans, but without knowing one of them personally, I wouldn’t trust them. The fear they can instill without even being seen tells me that the majority are likely evil.
@@MBohm1990 I believe they are both! They are inter dimensional, but whilst they're "here", they are flesh and blood. Whatever dimension they come from, I believe other creatures exist there as well.
What a great last story about the bear. If that bear had not gotten me, then I’d die from a heart attack from the Bigfoot.😅😅😅
