Why We Fitted AMAZING Off Road LED Bars To Our Van is mainly because we tend to end up going to places that are dark and you can never see anything, But with LED light bars fitted to your camper van, it just makes van life much better when your traveling to remote places. like all LED lights they just work of 12v and are easy to wire up but we found an amazing product out there for making the hole we cut in the roof totally waterproof. you'll have to watch and find out. but fitting LED light bars to your van is cheap easy and can be done in no time at all you don't need to be a professional or an electrician just follow a few easy steps and make sure you have fuses and safety in place when your doing it and make sure all your electrical connections for the LED light bars are all safe and sealed up.

Entirely possible I’m being thick but there’s no footage of you mounting the top front bar is there? I’m looking at installing a light bar to the front of my Crafter but not sure if I want to just bolt straight onto the roof or not lol!

do you have a canbus system and how did you connect to it
The led bars are wired in separately to the vehicles lighting system and doesn’t effect the canbus system
lights look good . as for the wiring install. you make look so easy. i would have lost it just drilling the hole in the roof. thankyou.

Hey. What did you use to step up your bottom ones? Ours just arrived, trying to get some sort of idea as to how to fit them!! thanks
We used Bicycle Handel bar spacers . But after fitting new lights we scrapped that idea and used the brackets that came with the lights
@@UrbanVanlife so really what I should have done is not be so keen and waited until your auxbeam video and bought them instead!! FFS haha
To be honest the bottom ones are a Very similar strength it’s only the top one that has a greater power but We had no issues with the ones that we had on I would recommend them to anybody we only fit of the aux beam ones because they sent us them for free so it was an easy upgrade but the ones we had on did a perfect jobb
so why did you fit them?

Hi mate, just looking at fitting these. What was the cable size you used for the top and bottom light bar and the two work lights at the back? The van looks like the dogs bollocks by the way.
to be honest mate i used heavy duty 240 that they use for floodlights on buildings , its multy core and trebble insulated , plus my mate had thousands of meters off a job he was doing which was over , so he gave is a load to do the 240 in the van , its massiv over kill for the lights but i guess safe AND FREE which is and was a bonus

there marine cable baffles mate there ment for boats , i seen them while watching an ozzy boat building channel and thought i need them , there not cheep but they work perfect

no not at all the switches i have gone for are rated for 50amp , a relay only supply the power to the light from a cheap switch , this is the reason we have relays so car makers can make cheap crappy switches , plus im not going from the main fuse box in the van as well they are linked to a independent system which has a breaker in it to protect the whole circulate
only when your use in cheap swiches , if your wsich rating is higher than the load you dont need a relay , i mean it actualy dosnt protect any thing, there just there cos people make cheap swiches , to save money
