"You potential to lead others is the direct result of how you lead yourself." So leading yourself is directly proportional to the way you lead others. This is so deep and true. Amazing leadership content. Thanks alot♥️💯
Identity is the one thing I'm FINALLY growing in. Thank you for this video. Hit home. 🙏😊 I'm going to stand taller think higher and definitely care deeper. Gonna own it!
This is so good! Surprisingly, I am moved to "increase the frequency of communication to my wife" after listening to this. After all, leading our family is key before we can lead any organisation. God bless you Ps Craig!
I can relate to the "not feeling like the role your filling the shoes of". No such thing as type of leadership. A leader is who you are. I can relate to that. It's integrity. Period. Nobody will listen to a gossiper or someone who says something and then does something else. 🤷 integrity is the key to people trusting you, thus following you.
This is GOLD! Precise, Direct and excellent! Thank you for communicating this in a way that’s practical to apply! Don’t start with the DO start with the WHO 🔥
Wow! There's so much to take away here. I think my biggest challenge right now is how to be a good leader when I'm not in a position of leadership. I am the uttermost lowest man on the totem pole. I'd love to know how I could be effective anyway. Thanks PC!
Pastor thank you for this teaching God bless you love you for your sister in Christ amen thank you for this message thank to send me these message it helps me grow more in the things of God I have a very deep relationship with or Jesus I'm in love with him and I love his word amen
Thank you so much for being a mentor from afar! God lead me to your ministry. What a glorious God we serve! May God continue to bless you and your lineage.
I love all of your leadership podcasts. I am learning so much about myself as a business owner, caregiver to my husband and how I reflect my faith. It’s not a beautiful picture but listening gives me hope.
Thanks PC . I know the benefits for some reason I slide back down . It’s like fighting my son to read for 30 minutes a day . Both of us know it’s a good thing but we never do it .
This is revolutionary! This is awesome!. You never stop learning. There are so many great concepts that we still need to grasp so that we can implement them in our lives and fulfill God's perfect will for our lives. Thanks immensely!

@@craiggroeschel Thank you so much! I am about to lead a MiddleSchool Girls group with our church, (at age 61). I want to lead each student to become effective leaders. Your POD casts are a great tool!
@@beckyrussell831 That's wonderful Becky. I absolutely love what you are doing. The Bible speaks about older women teaching (leading) younger women. May our Heavenly Father bless you with all that you need in this season... He's already placed it within you. May you be blessed even as you invest in the next generation. 💐🙏

When you see yourself as a leader, you stand taller, you think higher and care deeper.

"I initiate and don't respond" .. love this....

Nailed in the first 01:30, now that's what i call quality.
Thanks Craig - short and sweet. Great points, very doable and measurable. Appreciate the encouragement and simple process!
Thank you Pst Craig, am learning so much
Yes, the highest virtue in the Bible is Self-control. Incredible. True Freedom.
Had no idea Craig is a real estate investor and has been since college!?!?!??? That's amazing, you should go on the bigger pockets podcast!
Totally agree with you. A leader has to be able to celebrate and empower others before they can be recognized as a such
Thank you for your guidance!
The Gospel of Jesus Christ is *the only message in the world* that has the power to transform hearts 💔-> ❤️
By God’s grace 🙏
And for God’s glory 👆🏼

Great video. Thanks
This to me seemed focussed on leading others way more than myself. Was hoping for self-leading info because of the title.
So need this!!

How can we know which part in our leadership skill that we need to grow? Is there any objective tool to measure this issue?
You read my messages okay thanks for Jesus Christ King of King Hallelujah 🙏🙏
What are your thoughts on the old saying: "You have to learn how to follow before you can lead."?
when will part 2 come out for this series? I am new to following pod cats and I'm not sure how to keep track
