You know what? For the amount of hate and negative criticism that this movie got, I actually enjoyed it still. It's like a perfect "turn off your brain and watch the cool scenese" kind of movie. And, even if it's a baseline attempt, they still attempted to make a proper storyline for the characters. Which is something very lacking in most action movies today.
Definitely agree, I can understand the hate it had gotten, infact it’s not really that good a film from the standpoint of the plot and story but the actor who played 47 nailed it, the dialog and action is brilliant and I’d love to see them give it another attempt. The guy really made the character come alive and not even in the sense of him trying to be exactly like him but doing what he could to make a near perfect iteration.

He's cold and calculating, he never tried to be a *badass* or anything. He was just doing his job. And he's good at it. This scene, in all forms, is attempting to be edgy, overly stylized, or at times trying too hard. In real life, the police department and the people interrogating him would probably laugh at his quiet tone and overly silly and brooding demeanor. Timothy Olyphant is by no means a bad actor, but the person who gave him those lines was writing a bad script or was at least directing him incorrectly. The way he says his lines are really well done, I agree, but not for 47. Agent 47 isn't like that.
He did what was necessary 47 can do anything to get the mission done and has a variety of skills to do it and barely any emotion so if he is probably talking in tha tone to strike as much fear as possible into the guard so he lets his guard down and 47 can attack

None of the police would actually be scared of a person they have in full custody making silly deep voices at them. Even in this scene, it's not the way 47 is saying his lines that's intimidating, it's what he's saying intrinsically. He's threatening the detective with the information he knows about his family. 47 attempts to scare the detective with that information, and questions him, "Do you love them?". Implying that if he doesn't let him go then the detective will never see his family again. To come back full circle, you don't need to make 47 have a fake, purposely gravely and quiet demeanor to get across his intimidation. It's what he says that's intimidating, not necessarily how he says them. 47 from the games didn't need to do "what was necessary" because it wasn't ever his job to talk down people, it was just to kill them. 47 never has to "strike as much fear as possible", also 47 wasn't doing that to let the detective's "guard down" if anything the guards' "guard" (or whatever) is extremely high considering the detective just loaded a sniper rifle into the chamber (there's even a reaction shot of this 🤣), but again, whatever. Christ in all actuality this scene is just so awful. Getting away from the context of 47's character and how it was handled this scene's fight sequence is just awful. The guards should've immediately started pushing away and yelling demands that he should stop and if not they would shoot very quickly, actually I wouldn't judge them if they started shooting immediately. Hair trigger, I undestand it as overly sensitive trigger which is the reason that gun shot by just hitting the table. It's used for people with no confidence for pulling the trigger as it shoots before the user think it would.
Partially incorrect; the hair trigger is useful for a couple things. In the case of it being on his sniper: the act of pulling a trigger moves the gun itself, potentially affecting accuracy. A sensitive trigger reduces this effect. A hair trigger in other circumstances is also useful for firing off multiple shots in quick succession.
