Unfortunately, I do not ship bunnies at all anymore. Since United Airlines stopped allowing rabbits in their PetSafe program, I haven't been able to ship bunnies...and I actually am glad since it is quite stressful for them (and me!).
Hay Diane! You’re the best! Thank you for all the amazing bunny info you put out into the world! Hopefully many others will see this and follow what a great example you are for proper rabbit care! We need more bunny caretakers like you!
I’m going to adopt a holland lop she almost a year old and the reason I’m going to get her is because she is really loving and an attention seeker and I volunteer at the shelter where she’s at so I get to see her. A lot of the volunteers that have seen me and her together say that she loves me and she picked me❤️🥰
Volunteering at a shelter is a wonderful way to get to know whether a certain animal will be happy with you ❤️ Also it's a great way to help animals even when they're a kind of animal we can't adopt (or can't adopt yet).
Reading your post, I'm coming to the conclusion that I might drink water 💧💦, only water or watch out the hangover 🤯🤢 tomorrow morn 😉 (it's exactly 11:48 p.m in France 🇫🇷)
The little black and white bunny running back and forth around the 16min mark is the funniest thing lol. He looks like he’s trying to find an opening to get to you.
I don't know what kind I have. He's plain white. I found him in my yard 3 weeks ago during quarantine in Florida. I heard the neighbor girl crying about losing him so I gave him back to her and told her that if she didn't want him she had to give him to me. Three days later she came over and asked if the offer still stood. I went next door with her and picked him up. I got him fixed 2 weeks later as soon as the vet opened up again. I have named him Rona. I think he's a rex. 3 weeks into this I decided to try growing my own romaine. I have spent a months rent on everything. This video is where I will send anyone I hear say "I want a rabbit".
Thank you for adopting him! Sometimes people like your neighbor get a rabbit without knowing the care they'll need. We've rescued several different animals over the years, and it's usually because people bought the animal without doing research first. Love to you and Rona! ❤️
Thank you!! I cringe when I see people put rabbits in the "small pet" category; they live a long time and require so much work!! While rats, hamsters, and other small pets require more care than people expect, even their proper care isn't on the level of what a rabbit needs; my bunnies take more work than my dog. I love my bunnies so so much, they are my babies; but they do their best to destroy everything I own 😅😅
Same here. I've been asking for one since I was 17, I'm now 21 and they finally said yes in January, I got my baby a week later from a shelter. She is 6 years old, I love her to bits and it took a few months but she now cuddles with me on my bed :) I cant imagine life without a pet ever again. She is so precious. So full of personality and love. As much as I'd like to have a baby from a breeder because I know they were raised used to being held etc I feel proud knowing I saved a bunny's life from a shelter, she lived her whole life in a small cage and cant get enough of running around our house
Same, but my mother doesn’t like animals. So I’m doing my best to explain that I can responsibly take care of them, and I catch her watching bunny videos with me sometimes. And my mother knows I wouldn’t bring a animal into an environment I know they wouldn’t be safe in. When I got my first pet (it was a fish), it was big surprise. I won them, and my mom had to take them. It was one of those fish’s that were meant to live any longer than a few days because they are me at for food. I kept that fish alive for two years, because I put my heart and soul into my taking care if my pets. I have no pets at the time, and I live in an apartment. I’ve found that bunnies are a great animal for me, and my situation.
My 7 years old daughter and I watched the whole video, Very informative and definitely get us thinking about if getting a bunny is right for us. I would be getting one for myself and my daughter is just going to help take care of it.
I rescued my rabbit from a shelter exactly a year ago. I am in college and he is my ESA and I can say he has had a big (paw?) in saving my life. He is my best friend and I could not describe how thankful I am that I made that decision. Since he is a rescue, he is very timid and doesn't even like being pet, but we are working on it, but also not forcing it. He will gladly take treats, so positive reinforcement is key. Thank you for such an informative video. I make sure that any friends considering a rabbit understand that it is not the same as a hamster or dog or cat, but also a great addition to your life if you are in the right circumstances!
I love the section about not picking bunnies as a hasty easter present! Anytime someone I know talks about getting an easter bunny as a pet, I tell them to look into rabbit ownership first, having had firsthand experience that it can be a challenge to get a bunny without knowing what to expect and planning ahead. The dutch rabbit I had when I was younger was a hasty easter gift a friend of my mom's bought for her sons without thinking that my family ended up with, since the bunny couldn't be returned and the friend had no plan B for what to do with the bunny. She was super cute and I loved her despite the unique demands she presented as our first bunny, but it's sad to imagine what her fate may have been had we not been able to take her in. A few years ago, we had a situation where we found this super pretty solid black domesticated bunny in our yard that clearly one of our neighbors had decided to release (likely another not-thought-out easter present, since we found her around April), not realizing that domestic rabbits are very vulnerable and won't just thrive like a wild rabbit if released into the woods. We spent a good half an hour catching this bunny because I knew if we didn't, she wasn't going to make it, what with all the hawks and foxes around. Luckily, we caught her in a large fishing net and were able to find a home for her with an experienced rabbit owner the same day.
I have been absolutely considering getting a rabbit, but as much as I know that I would be able to respect their space and not sneak up on them or anything, I have this feeling that my home would probably never be safe for them. I obviously wouldn't get a rabbit while I have my cat, I'm convinced that would... not end well. But On top of that my home is just littered with electronics and things that I fear that they would chew on. I'm surprised my cat doesn't if I'm honest. The rabbits are adorable in every way. I'll revisit my thoughts on this in a few years of course (My cat isn't close to passing yet!). But I Thank you for this video and the information on how involved caring for a Rabbit will be, it has been enlightening!
Thank you for not being just about getting rabbits from a breeder.. rescues and shelters are a great way to get a bunny. I have: .new Zealand mix-Casper .Holland lop x new Zealand-Caspers bestie Luna .Holland lop-Flower .Mini lop-Charlie .Standard rex mix-Pippy .Standard rex (mix?)-Pippys mom Monica . Giant Chinchilla ? (not sure of the exact breed but he's big)-Finnley .Lionhead mix-Finnleys bestie.. Rosie .Breed of cute (unknown)- former feral...Riley All are either bunnies I have caught or rescued... turns out I'm great at free catching... Thank you for sharing your knowledge!!!
This is so awesome. I have mentioned here that I have been in rabbit rescue for over a decade. I see the consequences of situations of people who DO NOT follow your recommendations. This is so timely with the Easter season approaching. In the rescue world we call this time the "Easter Massacre" because of the hormonal changes ... it is a radical. The rabbit is suddenly abandoned and mistreated. THANK you. Nose bonks! 🐰🐰🐰🐰
I really wanted to bang my head on the table for emphasis when mentioning rabbits as Easter gifts, LOL. A lot of adults are well-meaning with such gifts, but unless it is a well-researched decision, it often ends with an unwanted rabbit. :(
My husband is allergic to hay😬 but we have 3 bunnies anyway. Im in charge of them and they have their own room. We love them so much! Our buns are so sweet!
I love how wholesome and eloquent you are. You taught me so much! I have a lionhead. Her name is Zylow McQueen. She helps me so much with my anxiety. 🐰❤️🐰
By far, you are my favorite bunny channel because you specialize in Holland lops, which is the breed I'm going to get. ( I should have him beginning of April! ) I have your website bookmarked on my laptop and I look through it every single day! Thank you for the bunnertainment!!!
I have two lionhead/holland lop mix rabbits named Willow and Juniper. They are brother and sister from the same litter and I'm happy to say they are best friends! They have free roam of multiple rooms in my apartment but I very rarely see one without the other. As soon as one hops to another room, the other follows. I had them spayed/neutered as soon as the vet recommended (they were 3 months when I got them).
My husband and I bought a Dutch rabbit 2 1/2 weeks ago and we love him! Watching videos such as yours has been very helpful even before we bought him, as neither of us had owned a rabbit before. He has been the perfect pet for us so far. We have a (human) baby on the way and I am looking forward to introducing them - very carefully of course. 😌
I'm getting a lop/ small new Zealand mix. I've been observing since my bun was 3 weeks old. Bun's name is mocha. They are coming home next week so I'm working on preparing the room. Not sure if mocha is a boy or girl yet. Thank you so much for the in depth video. I'm extra thankful about not feeding too many vegetables to begin with because I might have made that mistake. I've watched so many videos for months to give my baby the best life I can. Thanks again.
This helped me out a lot cuz I’m getting a baby Holland lop in about two weeks to a month!!!!!!!!! I’ve had a lion head a dwarf bunny before this and also a holland and I loved them with all my heart!!
I've been planning to get a bunny for years now and this is the best video about getting a bunny I've ever come across. I had never heard about a rabbit's teenage months when you can't neuter them! Congrats and thanks!!
Hi from Melbourne Australia- I have a 3-1/2 year old Netherlands Dwarf doe, she lives inside and has free rein of my home and backyard. I have a small veggie patch which she takes great delight in nibbling. And I don’t mind at all, she also seems to love eating marigold leaves, which surprised me and does not have issues. I am a 72 year old widow so she gives me great pleasure. Thanks for your very informative video.
Hi First of all i would like to thank u from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful video Am planning to buy a bunny for me and was searching on the net for some information on caring the pet. This video gave me a lot more than what i wanted... it was really informative.. I was searching for videos from indians but found only from breeders or pet stores goving tips for bunny breeding business. Very few videos had info in pet bunnies but all of them have their pets outdoor. Am staying in an apartment and wants to get a bunny to stay with us indoors. Wen i asked a fee of my friends they said bunnies eat cabbage leaves, carrot, green grass and all vegetarian food cooked at home including rice. This video cleared all my doubts and gave a real idea of how to take care of my new family member. I have 3 kids and am training and teaching them how to behave and also what will the bunny expect from us. I often see here that kids carry bunnies by their ears and walk around and pet them. Now onlyni realise that bunnies dont like to be carried. Likewise so many myths have been clearly explained.... thanks a lot once again Ps... u have suh cute bunnies... and u r such a lovely pet owner... God bless you and ur bunnies!!!! Keep up the good work!!
Timmie the snugglebunny. Thank you for making this. I have seen so many bunnies in shelters because the owners didnt know how much is needed in their care. To me it's worth the work to have a bunny. I love all bunnies. 💗 I have had Flemish Giant and Lop.
This couldnt have come at a better time! Im picking up my blue-eyed white Holland Lop on Sunday! Eventually I was thinking of participating in your Rabbit Tour videos :) Thank you for providing us with amazing videos as usual!
Hi Diane, I'm a foster bunny mommy for the RSPCA and your videos are awesome. Most bunnies are babies when we take them on and training them to interact, be happy and feel safe in a new home is our aim. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and tips.
One day, when I'm more financially stable, I'd love to get a Holland Lop for my first bunny and possibly a Netherland Dwarf for a second. I'd like to get already fixed adults as my first bunnies so I don't have to go through the more trying young bunny period as a new owner. I would consider adopting from a shelter. I was hoping to only have one bunny for a few months before I got the second so I'm happy you suggested this! It would give me time to adjust to caring for my bunny, get to know my new pet and also give the new bunny time to adjust as well before throwing another bunny into the mix on top of the move, new routine and owner change. I decided on the Holland Lop as my first bunny as I've read they're generally a little calmer than Netherlands. Not sure if there's any truth to this or how likely a Netherland and Holland would be to bond, based on breed alone. I just love both breeds, it's hard for me to pick between the two.
I'd say that individual temper has more to do with it than breed. One of the most laid-back buns I have owned was a Holland Lop, but his mate (yes, they were a M-M couple!), another Holland Lop was one of the most aggressive. Fiercely territorial, he even once attacked a French Lop I had just taken in. That was scary! The French was even more laid-back than the other Holland. I called him "Lobbes", which roughly translates to "Big Softy" :D
I have 2 netherland dwarfs crossbred with Angora and they are ADORABLE! .NO they are just the "right" amount of busy - so sweet. I am with them 24/7 and find them delightful. Git the 1 one at 6 weeks and his sister 2 weeks later at 8 weeks and they are like twins. I know it was the best decision I made to get another bunny. I see your answer was some time ago, so I hope youngot your bunny and have been eanjoying lots of fun and love already. 🐰🐰
The cutest of those babies are out of control!! ADORABLE!!! No wonder people grab them at pet store without knowing all the details. I've been doing my homework for 2 weeks and my bunny comes on Sunday after he recovers from being neutered! So excited!
I wish this video had been out a few months earlier! It definitely would have educated me on bunnies. I’m so happy to have adopted my two year old but it’s a bit annoying when you have hay allergies and that Timothy hay smells so good!
Thanks. I’ve had a Dutch lop before but it’s been years. My 9yo wants bunnies and I wanted a good reminder of what I was getting myself into. Thanks for a great informative and thorough video!!
Thank you for this video! It's been such a plethora of information that I wish I had known in the past when we had a bun bun. We had a mini lop that we named Lily, and she gave us an amazing 6 1/2 years, and she became besties with our beagle, Abigail (Who wasn't much bigger than her), to our complete and utter surprise! I would like to get another bun bun again, and I absolutely want to be as informed as possible (especially with the GI Stasis and the signs to look for. I suspect that it's what took our Lily-flower, and we never even realized, because her diet and activity never changed.) We recently lost Abigail, as well (old age), and I'm looking into either a Holland Lop or a Netherland Dwarf. While Lily was amazing, we didn't realize that she would get so big! We were told she was a Holland, and she was really a Mini, but trust me....she was NO mini! Lol! However, even if we do end up with a slightly larger bunny again, it wouldn't be a bad thing at all. Just more to love on. Thank you again, for your informative video, and I look forward to watching the rest of them!
This was great! I've been watching bunny care videos for about a week now. I had a lovely lionhead who died recently. I did a ton of research while I had him but he stilled died of GI stasis. After digging deeper I can see the mistakes I made :( . I feel really bad. I miss having a bunny but I'm not sure if I'll get new bunnies or not. Ultimately I just really wanted to learn more about them. Thank you for providing this guide.
Throughly entertaining and informative Diane 🙌🏼, I really enjoy your videos. I had a Netherland Dwarf for 8 years, he meant the world to me. Your Bunnies are beautiful and so fun to watch. Thank You for posting this, every word you said is saturated in truth and wisdom!! 🐰
Thank you for sharing! Your videos are always very informative! We’re getting a Holland lop in about four weeks time when he is ready to leave his mom. He is abolutely adorable, and we can’t wait to get him home! 🥰🐰
I think so many people get a bunny thinking it will be this cute little snuggler. They also don’t expect them to get as big as they do or that they chew and dig. I learned so much that there were times I asked myself if I really was the right mom for a bunny. However, once I adjusted my expectations (actually ditched my expectations!) and did 3 months of research beforehand I couldn’t wait! Ok, one expectation I kept........the only thing I had my heart set on was a Dutch or a Lionhead. And into my life comes Ralphie......a 6 month floppy eared lop who picked me. He licked me within 5 minutes of meeting him. He’s from a rescue and we’ve been together 3 weeks now. Thanks so much for your videos and the information. I truly appreciate the time you take to not only breed wonderful buns, but to educate people extensively so that they don’t go into bunny parenting blindly. Since I started my journey, I have turned into a bunny advocate and educate those who, once they find out I have a bunny, exclaim how cool it is and that they want one too! I let them know how it really is.....kind of like having a two year old!
Im 14 my parents got me a rabbit like a few months ago I didn't really want it but now I love him so much hes so sweet and he lives in my room and my dogs really good with it in really glad hes in my life
My first rescue was a New Zealand REW, my next was an Angora Lionhead, third was rehomed to me, and forth a little Netherland dwarf came from an accidental litter. Then I got into rescuing and rehoming bunnies and now have a 5th Holland lop, because he bonded to my baby girl. He's a baby himself
Great video and yes I watched to the end. I have two 8 month old Holland lops. I learned a few new things so that was great! Like about not feeding pellets with soy in them! I will be switching to Sherwood pellets!
I have a baby bunny. He’s called Peter and he’s 9 weeks old. He’s a Lop eared rabbit. Yes he doesn’t like being picked up, but he likes cuddles and when he’s on my bed or sofa he will hop on to my lap. He does wee on me sometimes and leave gifts behind, but that’s easy to clear up, no problem 🥰🐰
Hi, I find your videos so helpful and informative, I’m getting my first rabbits this weekend and have been doing lots of research. I’ve really enjoyed watching all of your bunnies whilst learning facts, hints and tips. Thank you very much :-)
Hi, sorry I'm so late to this post but I've just found your channel and I find it very helpful and informative! I'm 13 years old and I live in Australia, and I currently have two Holland Lop doe, and we are on the lookout for a Holland Lop buck, so that I can start a breeding business. I know I'm only 13 but I am very responsible and have experience with other animal breeding such as chickens and dogs. I especially like your videos about the pregnancy of a rabbit, and how to care for the babies, because that's what I'm preparing for.
The best video about bunnies! You've got yourself a new subscriber. Hi, I'm from Portugal and I 've got a bunny since last December. He is a cute boy who is turning 5 months tomorrow. He roams freely around three rooms in the house : the office, the laundry room and a warehouse, which are all interconected. He loves the warehouse because there are lots of hidding places, lots of little corners and cardboard boxes for him to play with. Of course he only goes there when supervised. He has about 4 places where he likes to sleep and where I've put his blankets. Until now he only chews on wood or cardboard. He does'nt pay much attention to cords. But nevertheless, I've protected all the electric stuff. Yesterday he seemed to begin a change in his behaviour. He did'n want to play with us and most of the time ignored us. But today he was playful again, jumping and running and doing his binkies. Do you think it is an hormonal issue, since he is becoming a teenager? Sorry for the question, but I was really sad, thinking he had changed.
Thank you again and again and again Diane for sharing your experience and knowledges. Bunnies are living creatures and each one of them has his own character (people around me cannot imagine it !) and unmissable needs ! Living with, caring a pet is a true responsibility ! They are not toy you play with as you want then let them on their own ! It's a real commitment that will last many years for the best . I agree 100% and I am so relieved as you beg to not welcome a bunny as a gift for a child's passing fancy and whim ! I'd like (to be true I want, I expect) every people who think about a four-legged friend's adoption to watch your video .You are definitely a Bunny Godmother 🐰🧚♀️ (It should, no it must have an Holland Lop rabbit in the emoticon, darn ! )
Thank you so much for this! I always appreciate your teachings! I hope to get a bunny in the near future. I always wanted a lop (mini or Holland) but I recently met a Polish bunny and omg were those cute and cuddly!
I got my first bunny when I was two years old. She was my best friend, and became extraordinarily tame. When she was running and playing in the garden I could call her, and she would come if I called her by name. She was a very happy bunny. If you think your kid has enough empathy for animals, and teach them to be cautious, its a great pet for smaller children from my experience.
Yay! My father is going to buy two or one buns! It will come at July 15. A day before my birthday! Please give me tips (if you are wondering, the breeds are a Holland lop and a Netherland dwarf rabbit)
i’m not looking into getting a rabbit but such an educational video and kept me interested throughout the whole thing! great job and super informative! edit: if i were to get a rabbit it would definitely be a holland lop though
I live in Arizona and was thinking about getting a Holland Lop. Did a lot of research and was able to find a good farm. She actually is a seasonal breeder so I'm hoping to adopt by August. I'd love to take my rabbit outside in my neighborhood or park to run around and play foraging games. But the heat and prey mentality worries me. Also there are owls and eagles so I'd have to be extra careful. Luckily no coyotes in my area that I know of.
Thank you for taking the time to post such an informative and entertaining video. I especially liked the outtakes at the end, where you seemed the most relaxed and your personality really came through. Keep up the good work!
Thank you for this video! This video was very informative for new bunny parents like us. My daughter and I watched until the end if you should know. I also shared your videos friends and family on Facebook in case they are interested on getting a bunny as I found your video to be informative and helpful.
My parents got me a holland lop when I was 10 years old. Not the smartest decision and she was 6 weeks old when we got her so she was too young. However I did the best I could to take care of her and she lived 12 years! They certainly are a big commitment! So many people think they are small animals and therefore do not live very long but that is not the case with rabbits! I remember being 21 and caring for an elderly bunny while in college and it was a huge responsibility that my parents had no idea they were putting on me when they got Flopsy. I miss her but we had 12 amazing years together. Now that I'm older and done with college, I'm hoping to get another rabbit next year and plan on adopting from my local animal shelter.
I have five bun buns. I love them with my whole hurt but they are really a lot of work and everytime I talk to people who don't have bunnies I realize how much they underestimate the bunny care. Very good video though!
Honestly when I become a parent I fully expect all of my kid's pets to be taken care of by me at least a little bit but I won't mind cause I love animals anyway
We are looking at adopting a Holland Lop. I'm a bit on the fence only because our local rescue only has one at the moment and SO many sweet little Lion Heads (and they are at capacity) but I really wanted to avoid the long coat! lol. Thank you so much for this great video! I gained a little more information but it also helped me feel like I have done a lot of research and am not being too rash.
Hi Diane - this was a really good video for both novice and experienced bunny owners as well as your intended audience. I became a bunny owner quite by accident 14 years ago (long story) and knew nothing about rabbit care. It took a lot of research to figure it all out. I am now on my third bunny and each one has been quite different in personality. After my last guy died, I did a lot of research and settled on a Holland Lop. He was purchased from an experienced breeder and was supposed to be female. When I took it to be spayed, it turned out to be male. That goes to your point on keeping multiple bunnies separate until they reach maturity and you can have them altered. Keep the great information on rabbit care coming!
I'm going to adopt an American mix! His name is Mitty, and he's a little stinker lol. His fosterer claimed he is very independent and prefers to not be picked up, and I'm perfectly okay with that! That just makes watching him do bunny stuff even more special 💜
Your information was very informative, great for first time bunny owners. Luckily I have a rabbit specialist in my area, I wouldn't take my buns to anyone else but her! haha I have never heard of the Sherwood digestive tablets. Both of my rabbits are prone to bloat, it is very scary when it happens but I know the signs and I promptly start their treatments. I have 2 male rabbits and it took 7 years for them to be buddies...I'm so happy they are finally friends and can have time together. Loved your video, hollands are my favorites, would love to have one again.
im almost ready for a rabbit after almost 6 months of research. this really helped a few of the things i was unsure about. just another month maybe just to make sure then i will start buying things for them :))
Loved this video! It really confirmed my timeline about when I should get a bunny versus when I want to haha. It's sad because I have no problem doing the work, but I'm still in my last year and half of college, so my resources are limited and travel would be a thing as well. Once I can finally get one, I would love to adopt a holland lop! I would treat him/her like my first born child!😍😂
I totally agree for kids ages 8 but mostly 7 and below, - ( Mine is my Emotional Support Animal because I have anxiety, panic attacks and OCD but not severe OCD but you can tell it’s definitely there 😂) - But it depends on how mature they are. I have 3 cats a kitten and a rabbit and I’m getting a baby bun lion head today, and I’m only 11. I naturally took care of my rabbit when we found her outside she’s a Holland lop we assume someone dumped her we found her last year on December 22 or 23, and she’s around 2 years old or 2 and a half almost 3 or exactly 3. I change her litter box and remind my mom to buy veggies and parsley we get a pre washed baby spring mix, and I feed her. And I clean the cats litter boxes most of the time, and feed them but me and my mom share the responsibilities. Except for Creamy my rabbit, and the kitten eats with the cats now same food now. So my mom doesn’t do anything really with Creamy my Rabbit. I do everything and I bring her harness and leash when we leave and I hold her and walk her and calm her down by petting her 😊 Sorry this was so long! I hope you read it! Stay safe and healthy everyone! And you and your rabbits and their babies! And their husbands and wives 😂🤣😂
Thank you so much for the information! It was really helpful, I’m thinking if getting a bunny and I’ve been watching a lot of informative videos about them. I hope that it all works out well and that I am able to take great care of my new bunny. Thank you so much for sharing this information! 💕✨🐇
Oh wow! I’ve been searching about all of this like how much it is what breed I want what they’re diet is and supplies I need and my parents are planning on getting me and my sis a bunny! ^w^
I loved the video. I am getting a Holland Lop baby, he'll be 8 weeks old when I pick him up. I live with my two little dogs, I'm hoping I can gradually get them acquainted and comfortable.
I'm hoping to later this year get a mini lop or Holland but if I find a bunny of a different breed that really clicks with me with their personality that's fine too. Thanks for this video!
Well I'm in middle school and I got a bunny as an Easter gift a few years back. He us the biggest cuddlebug ever I'll hold him when I sit on our couch when I listen to music/sing but when I stop petting him he gets on his back paws and puts his front paws on my chest to say " mom I'm still here"

Aww thanks for writing the points!!
My mom calls Holland lops
*hullan lup*
I’m going to adopt a holland lop she almost a year old and the reason I’m going to get her is because she is really loving and an attention seeker and I volunteer at the shelter where she’s at so I get to see her. A lot of the volunteers that have seen me and her together say that she loves me and she picked me❤️🥰
I can buy one without my parents knowing

I would buy one without my parents knowing but I’m not old enough to drive
Volunteering at a shelter is a wonderful way to get to know whether a certain animal will be happy with you ❤️
Also it's a great way to help animals even when they're a kind of animal we can't adopt (or can't adopt yet).
**FUN ACTIVITY: Take a drink every time I say "definitely." I need to vary my vocabulary, LOL! :)
Reading your post, I'm coming to the conclusion that I might drink water 💧💦, only water or watch out the hangover 🤯🤢 tomorrow morn 😉 (it's exactly 11:48 p.m in France 🇫🇷)
Ha ha, in your case, something non-alcoholic would probably be most conducive to being functional in the morning. :)
🤣
It's been a long day. I think I'll do this.
You were literally saying definitely as I read this comment.
Are you going to keep the rabbit?
Thank you for adopting him! Sometimes people like your neighbor get a rabbit without knowing the care they'll need. We've rescued several different animals over the years, and it's usually because people bought the animal without doing research first.
Love to you and Rona! ❤️
i have a holland lop and your channel is the reason i picked that breed
I have 6 of them
I have a dutch bunny and a netherland bunny :D
@@theonewithallthepets8503 wow!
Thank you!! I cringe when I see people put rabbits in the "small pet" category; they live a long time and require so much work!! While rats, hamsters, and other small pets require more care than people expect, even their proper care isn't on the level of what a rabbit needs; my bunnies take more work than my dog. I love my bunnies so so much, they are my babies; but they do their best to destroy everything I own 😅😅
Start teaching "no". My bunnies listen to that, and then I just tend to put their attention somewhere else. Good luck 🐰🐰
My parents aren’t the ones who want to get one for me. I’m the one who has been doing the research for months lol
Same I've even made a list for them
Same, I’ve learnt everything I can about bunnies and have the funds and space for one, the only thing is that my sister doesn’t want one. ☹️
Wireless Test same that’s how I got mine I wanted two but they didn’t let me
Same, but my mother doesn’t like animals.
I love seeing Moose. He is cute and seems to have a great personality.
He's super hyper but a sweet boy. :)
Her channel always makes me laugh but also tears from the cuteness of bunnies 🐰 who feels the same
I rescued my rabbit from a shelter exactly a year ago.
Dear Dianne: This video was SO helpful. We are in the process to get one bunny. I can wait to check your webpage and more videos in youtube. Thanks.
I decided to not get it :( for now at least. it would be too much for me I guess. Thanks for the video, it's so informative!
I have:
.new Zealand mix-Casper
.Holland lop x new Zealand-Caspers bestie Luna
.Holland lop-Flower
.Mini lop-Charlie
.Standard rex mix-Pippy
.Standard rex (mix?)-Pippys mom Monica
. Giant Chinchilla ? (not sure of the exact breed but he's big)-Finnley
.Lionhead mix-Finnleys bestie.. Rosie
.Breed of cute (unknown)- former feral...Riley
All are either bunnies I have caught or rescued... turns out I'm great at free catching...
Thank you for sharing your knowledge!!!
Noticed the jump in production quality; video looks great.
Someday I'll get a bun bun.
Thank you. I invested in a new camera, microphone, and editing software. Appreciate the acknowledgement! :)
See if there's a variety of hay that he doesn't react to. Some people are allergic to timothy but not oat hay, for example.
Aw, thank you! Enjoy your bunny! :)
@@HooksHollands I definitely will! Thank you! ♡
This video pace wise was so helpful- I really enjoyed it even though it was longer. Thank you so much! Getting my giant french lop bunny in 2 weeks!❤
Glad it was helpful!
How was your lionhead as a pet? We are supposed to be getting our first lionhead tomorrow!!! 😆
Hi
First of all i would like to thank u from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful video
Am planning to buy a bunny for me and was searching on the net for some information on caring the pet.
Likewise so many myths have been clearly explained....
thanks a lot once again
Ps... u have suh cute bunnies... and u r such a lovely pet owner... God bless you and ur bunnies!!!!
Keep up the good work!!
Happy that my video helped!
Eventually I was thinking of participating in your Rabbit Tour videos :)
Thank you for providing us with amazing videos as usual!
A great wealth of information packed in a 47 minute video. I'm thinking of getting a mini lop and this has been very helpful.
Did you end up getting your bunnies!?
@@rhythmandblues_alibi also interested if you got one for some reason...
The cutest of those babies are out of control!! ADORABLE!!! No wonder people grab them at pet store without knowing all the details. I've been doing my homework for 2 weeks and my bunny comes on Sunday after he recovers from being neutered! So excited!
You are hands down my favorite informational rabbit youtuber! The way you treat your rabbits with genuine care is wonderful!
I wish this video had been out a few months earlier! It definitely would have educated me on bunnies. I’m so happy to have adopted my two year old but it’s a bit annoying when you have hay allergies and that Timothy hay smells so good!
Have you tried using compressed hay cubes instead of loose hay? That can help those with grass allergies. :)
Thanks. I’ve had a Dutch lop before but it’s been years. My 9yo wants bunnies and I wanted a good reminder of what I was getting myself into. Thanks for a great informative and thorough video!!
You are killing me with cuteness with those 2 baby bunnies. Dying here. Can barely focus on what you're saying =< =< :)
I'm just kidding, btw. Your videos are chock full of important info and I'm absorbing everything :)
I'm getting my first two bunnies. I've been thinking about it for a year and did my re-search. Hopefully I'll be a good mom!!
I suspect that it's what took our Lily-flower, and we never even realized, because her diet and activity never changed.)
We recently lost Abigail, as well (old age), and I'm looking into either a Holland Lop or a Netherland Dwarf.
I have a checkered giant, and much of this would have been good to know when I got him about 3 years ago.
We get our little Holland Lop on Sunday & we’re sooo excited to meet him! Your channel has given us so many tips!
You will be overloaded of positive vibes 🌞 He will make you go mad 🤪❤️🧡💚💙💜
Take care of all the family (I mean you and your pet 🐰)
Thank you. I have a bunny with a sensitive digestive system. I really appreciate your advice!!!
I just got a Dutch bunny. It’s 4 weeks old yesterday. It’s still with the vet I got it from though. I really appreciate the advice.
Thanks for this! I’m getting my lop Oswald in two weeks. This is so helpful 😊
I'm doing research now. This was very informative. Thanks for creating this content.
Those adorable baby bunnies through this into, was the most fun part.Aww little Holland lops.
Great video and yes I watched to the end. I have two 8 month old Holland lops. I learned a few new things so that was great! Like about not feeding pellets with soy in them! I will be switching to Sherwood pellets!
Love Your Video!! So many great tips for beginners!!
I'm getting a bunny for my birthday I have done my research and I am ready I got everything set up and she can even go out side in the big field.
I'd like (to be true I want, I expect) every people who think about a four-legged friend's adoption to watch your video .You are definitely a Bunny Godmother 🐰🧚♀️
(It should, no it must have an Holland Lop rabbit in the emoticon, darn !
Please give me tips
(if you are wondering, the breeds are a Holland lop and a Netherland dwarf rabbit)
i’m not looking into getting a rabbit but such an educational video and kept me interested throughout the whole thing! great job and super informative!
edit: if i were to get a rabbit it would definitely be a holland lop though
Best explanation about having multiple rabbits. Much more complicated than it seems.
Getting my holland lop tomorrow!!
I love how cute and silly you are. Your Wikipedia request LOL!! 😂🐰❤️❤️
Wow, awesome, a complete guide! Thanks Diane!
This is by far the best most broad and understanding information I got so far....I'm so thankful seriously Gd bless you
Glad it was helpful!
Excellent, Diane! I always appreciate these kinds of videos...there are SOoo many misconceptions about rabbits as pets!!
im almost ready for a rabbit after almost 6 months of research. this really helped a few of the things i was unsure about. just another month maybe just to make sure then i will start buying things for them :))
That's such a big commitment of time, I appreciate you researching before getting a pet, good luck with the process :)
I’m getting a Netherland Dwarf bunny. And thank you, this was very helpful 😊
Very informative. Not sure which breed I would get. I am not sure if I want but I watched the entire video. Thank you!
I am so happy I found your channel, loving all of the videos! I hope to be a bunny owner one day. But for now I want to keep doing my research 🐰❤️
I’m getting a Holland Lop soon and I’m so happy!
This is a great video, it makes me happy there are 15000 views because these are all the things people need to know.
Well I'm in middle school and I got a bunny as an Easter gift a few years back. He us the biggest cuddlebug ever I'll hold him when I sit on our couch when I listen to music/sing but when I stop petting him he gets on his back paws and puts his front paws on my chest to say " mom I'm still here"
Great video! Very helpful information 👍
My rabbit is a harlequin mix 😁
I’m wanting to get Flemish Giant. I love your very informative video
Great info thanks very much! You obviously put a lot of work into these vids - it is appreciated
I’m getting 2 Holland lop females I’m thinking of naming them hidei and hope
