Another really interesting video James. Ref Ev issue with PME, we are told that to assume a Tns is a Tncs( unless the DNO can confirm a true TNS) does this then mean that the bonding/earthing of this supply would then be sized for a PME?
I would recommend to always size for PME then. 10mm minimum. The difference in your quote to the customer will be negligible and you have peace of mind always then
