Great content as usual James. Another issue with old lead pilc’s cables is the improper use of a bonding clamp around the sheath of the service cable. I bet they make a bang when they blow💥👍👍
Thank you. I'm glad you like the video. Lead cables without the proper earth connection is something I've seen as well. I once found a lead cable without an earth connection and reported it to the dno, and they sent an engineer to the property and rectified it.
Good video James, PME is an interesting one when connecting to outbuildings or sheds , some say must TT others say extending PME equipotential zone is ok as long as bonding conductor is correctly sized if any extranious metal work in outbuilding / shed. I suspect a call to DNO would be enlightening again in this case. A video with your thoughts would be interesting especially about the chances of a lost neutral in real terms.
