    Thanks for the video. I have been anemic since I was born. Women with Uterine Fibroids, Adenomyosis, and Endometriosis are anemic on account of the heavy bleeding during their menstrual cycles.

      Iron absorption is inhibited by up to 80% if you consume, Coffee, Cocoa, Green, Black, White, Mint, and Chamomile Tea (or some of those beverages even up to 99% depending on their strengths brewing time or brand), 1 Hour before or within 2 Hours after the Meal. However Vitamin C (Bell peppers, strawberries etc.) can counter and does increase Iron uptake. This info is important if you are anemic and don't consume animal rich foods (meats and especially Liver) since Heme Iron is much more readily absorbed and can be toxic in a too high concentration thus those Teas, Coffee and Cocoa help reducing the absorption and would be beneficial.

      Drink iron rich fresh juice daily....in juice please include "spinach...tamato...Apple...Beetroot...Dates...carrot....pomegranate..

      ▪ Tamato. (One)
      ▪ Dates. (4 or 5 for one serving or for one glass)
      ▪ Apple. (one)
      ▪ Beetroot (چقندر) use boil for juice not raw (small one , if large so plz take half for one serving)
      In winter also take ....
      ▪ Carrot (one)
      ▪ Pomegranate (انار) (half)
      Take blender..... add all items to cut small pieces.... add one or half glass of waler.... blend all these very well....after that squeeze one lemon in this juice.....

      Vegetable or seed Oils (but avoid Palm and Coconut oils they are too high in saturated fats which are not healthy they cause Cardiovascular disease especially when combined with high processed carbs (sugars)), nuts Peanut and almond butter etc. cashew cheese, avocado, chocolate.

    Spinach has oxalates which bind to iron and take it out - not a good idea.

      Old old fact and even then the ox acid is so minimal as to not be actually significant. Lab numbers are not comparable to the increased iron in spinach….. it IS AVALIABLE.
