Thanks for the video. I have been anemic since I was born. Women with Uterine Fibroids, Adenomyosis, and Endometriosis are anemic on account of the heavy bleeding during their menstrual cycles.

Iron absorption is inhibited by up to 80% if you consume, Coffee, Cocoa, Green, Black, White, Mint, and Chamomile Tea (or some of those beverages even up to 99% depending on their strengths brewing time or brand), 1 Hour before or within 2 Hours after the Meal. However Vitamin C (Bell peppers, strawberries etc.) can counter and does increase Iron uptake. This info is important if you are anemic and don't consume animal rich foods (meats and especially Liver) since Heme Iron is much more readily absorbed and can be toxic in a too high concentration thus those Teas, Coffee and Cocoa help reducing the absorption and would be beneficial.

Spinach has oxalates which bind to iron and take it out - not a good idea.
Old old fact and even then the ox acid is so minimal as to not be actually significant. Lab numbers are not comparable to the increased iron in spinach….. it IS AVALIABLE.
