You and a few other you tubers have inspired me to thrift all my decor and I have so much fun doing it!
That is awesome! Happy thrifting!
And you’re helping the earth🤓🌎
Hey from Northern Idaho!!! Planning to start thrifting to sell next week. Good luck to you Kathy!!!!
Hi Kathy I am new to your channel and I love all your designs. You are so talented. I am looking at your work and I may want to buy some of your work I have seen in your booth.take care. Blessings your new subscriber Joyce from California.
It’s so fun, it’s like a treasure hunt, and so much cheaper than buying retail.
I love, love love your artwork. I would buy all of it if I could. So beautiful. I’m 79 and we have all we need, no more room. Love your aesthetic.
Thank you so much. I can relate
I love your yard
YES! I need to sell my stuff or take it back to Goodwill so I can get more!
Swap it out. !
Both of the outfits you tried on were super cute
Thank you!
"I really need timeless decor..." shows clock... fun pun! 😅 great haul, Cory! ❤
Haha I didn't even mean to do that. That's hilarious
I love watching you on my TV. The calming music is great! You are so genuine and easy to listen to. It soothing to watch you while I crochet. Your ideas are endless, I love it. Thanks for sharing
Thank you so much! That makes me so happy that you think that! I wish I had the patience to crochet
Love all your projects! Such wonderful inspiration!
The woman you framed is Anne of Cleves, one of Henry the 8th's wives. :) It looks so nice the way you mod podged and framed her. :)
Yes, the one he deemed too ugly! And the other is Christina of Denmark, whom he wanted, but didn’t want him! Both by Hans Holbein.
Thank you! And yes!
You just crack me up. Love the fashion show😂
Thank you! Glad to make you laugh
I had to add eyelet lace to bottom of shorts, but mostly I used the girl's older jeans to make them shorts at lengths I was pleased with them wearing. Also, your broken clock can be turned into a beautiful picture frame by removing the hands, just an fyi. I can relate to your thrill of the hunt. Out of necessity, due to having 4 kids and only one income, I was a stay-at-home Mom, who upcycled almost every piece of furniture I have had in my home, and all the decorations. The only new items I bought were mattresses, couches, and major appliances, everything else was mostly second hand.
Absolutely love your videos! You are so down to earth, humble, cute, kind and talented but what is really special about you is your concern for the average shopper with your thrifting ideas and prices. I love that you talk about your sweet family and how much you love them!
So perfectly said❣️ I feel the same about corey & her videos❣️
What a wonderful haul! Love that you keep the items you love for yourself! The clothes were a great find too, so cute on you! Congrats on your wt. loss, you look great! Loving the beautiful music playing in the background, relaxing! Your channel is so cozy feeling, and the prices are excellent!! Keep the booth shots coming, loving your displays! Hugs and blessings!
Love the vintage floral capri pants and they look good on your new slimmer self! Wonderful finds.
I really really love shopping with you at the Good Wil bins and I enjoy watching your make overs.
I love the hodgepodge idea for your pictures!
Thank you! And so easy
Modpodge! 😂😉
You have a good eye for stuff I love the way you put everything on the walls of your home
Good job on losing the weight!! That’s awesome!!! I love watching your videos. You have such a beautiful personality and you make me laugh! Also we like some of the same things ! So glad I found you here on UA-cam! Keep up the great work!!
Thank you so much!! So glad to have you here!
You can use the clock that doesn't work as a picture frame. Either remove the workings and insert a picture or fit the picture over the front of the glass. You can always use it as a shadow box for keepsakes after removing the workings. You will have to fashion your own backing. Thank you for the tip about putting on Mod Podge to make the pictures look painted. I will try that on some of my prints too. I also am someone who loves clocks. Working, not working, I love the all the looks and different styles.
Wow! Great idea with the clock! I’m going back to look at it now with your idea in mind.
Omg I love the birdcage painting and love your booth!! Keep up the creating and thrifting 😊
Hi Cory! What an amazing haul! I think the jacket goes really well the vintage pants. I enjoyed seeing your fashion finds today. 😊 Also, the frames and paintings you found were gorgeous. The frame on the fall scene was my favorite. I hope to someday make it to one of your live premieres. Take care and God bless you. Thank you for the smiles and laughter (with you, not at you 😉)
Your outfits looked amazing!! And your booth is looking so good right now, you are finding so much awesome stuff at the bins!! 🤩😍👏
Loved the clothes that you picked out. Loved the blue and white vase and all of the art work and frames! 😊
Excellent haul! My mom used to find cool books (mythology, art, etc.) for me at garage sales when I was growing up. And don't you love it when you find high-end clothing "just waiting for you"? I always grab a toile fabric remnant when I see it, and I really like that nativity pattern. All of today's flips are elegant and impressive, and your booth is lovely. I hope you sell a ton this weekend!
That is awesome! What great memories. We think alike!
I had to watch the video in segments, I have workers in my yard and I couldn't comment live. You crack me up when you say " I love this and I am keeping it". Also I just saw somewhere where frameless canvases are out of style. Good job framing them .
Haha I understand! Yes I think framless canvases are more affordable so they are mass produced and sold cheap. Makes sense, and then we can add some frames to them for $5
The I’m keeping it always makes me laugh too because I can absolutely relate
I love how you made the prints look like paintings with the modge podge. Such a great idea!
And so easy
@@DesertDIYThat, to me, is one of the best parts plus the finished product of course!
I LOVE the things you got at the Bins! I also LOVE you music play list!
Pictures of Amalia of Cleves and Anne of Cleves, turned out great 👍.
Lots of great finds today.
Yes Ann of cleves but the other is Christina of Denmark
The flowered pants you found are so cute!! The blue and white vase and cake plate are beautiful Cory!!
Thank you Caroline!
I love watching your shopping and flips! I also found Romy's Retro who is also from Arizona! So fun to watch what people's picks at Goodwill.
Cori you look amazing and the shirt is from Loft which is high end and I personally think the shirt looks great !! PS you keep rocking the capri’s
I love watching your videos from Schulenburg, Texas 😊 you are so blessed your husband helps you that frame he made for little bird went perfect with picture.
You have such a good eye for decorating! Hello from Sugar Land Texas!!!!
Thank you!
28:20 Have I got a DIY for you, Corey! 😁Get a tiny decorative glass container, and put about an inch of apple cider vinegar inside. Cover the opening with Saran wrap, and poke tiny holes in it. Then put in an unobtrusive spot in your kitchen. It will attract the fruit flies, and every so often you can clean it out and start again. Works like a charm, and is waaaay cheaper than those fruit fly traps they sell at the hardware store. 😁
The Mod Podge trick is a nice touch. They look like real paintings! Thanks for this tip. Loving your content lately❤️ you’re working very hard and it shows- you’re a natural keep up the good work.
Wow, you knocked it out of the park this haul! I wish I lived near and I would have bought that beautiful mountain landscape painting.
Thanks so much!
Wow, awesome video. I loved everything today the Thrifting, the redesign very nicely done. I thought your new little outfits were adorable as well. Keep up the fabulous work. We love to watch your videos. Enjoy the rest of your week.💗🌷💗
I enjoy seeing your thrift hauls and what you do with them. Thanks for the fashion show. The pants look good on you. You’re one of the few people who can pull off capris.
Wow you found some amazing artwork and beautiful pieces ❤❤❤ fabulous frames as well!!!
That nativity toile is absolutely stunning. I have never seen anything like it either.
I just have to share this funny little story. We moved to Conroe many years ago and was always being introduced to new things. While I was unpacking one day this huge cockroach ran across the floor. I got in my car and drove to Houston where my husband was. I said "you will never believe the huge roach in that new house". His partner started laughing uncontrollably and finally said I must have seen a water bug. Whatever he thinks, looked just like a roach to me and it took a long time to get over water bugs.
@judygordon4390 ... I can relate. Many years ago, when I lived in California, my cat found the ugliest bug I had ever seen [long before Google] I was convinced it came from outer space, it was like nothing I had ever seen [it reminded me of something that came from that old Cootie Bug game]. When I told my coworkers, they said it was a "potato bug." I'm from Washington, and those are not what I knew as a potato bug... 30+ years later, it still bothers me.😅
They're the worst! The tree roaches we always call them the flying dinosaurs
They’re all roaches to me.
You got some real gems. I love your decorating style and am happy when I see you posted a new video.
Wow what a haul! So many beautiful treasures! I think your outfits look amazing also!❤
I love your videos, and you are so candid and down to earth! I live in Mesa, Az and wished I’d met you when you lived here! Your craftsmanship is amazing! I’ll keep watching you!!
Thank you so much!!!!
Those Currier and Ives prints were from a "Four Seasons" set. My Mom used to love those and would pput up the set of 4. Great finds - how fun!
Thanks for the info!
You have so much talent.Thank you love your shows❤
You did so good today! I love the Ireland book and your clothes! Awesome Toile find!
Thank you so much, so glad you liked it
I love the new clothing you purchased, and everything looked great on you…working out takes a lot of discipline but it’s so worth it! This was an especially nice haul. I loved the blue and white vase, and agree about the color reversal being so nice. I thought the birdcage painting had so much whimsy, and the colors were fun. The question about the images from the book brought back great memories and made me smile. I have a dual degree in psychology, and art history. I’m a huge European history nerd so my husband and I travel to Europe as often as we can get away. I have had the pleasure of seeing the original Ann of Cleves portrait at the Louvre in Paris, and the portrait of Christina of Denmark in London. Paining over the top of the pieces, and using the rub, and buff on the fames made the pieces look so much more like actual paintings. I really look forward to seeing your creativity, and growth🥰.
I love your work and sweet sprit. Your outfits look great! Love your music choice as well!
Your booth looks magical! Very nicely done!
Thank you so much
You have come a long way! I've watched you since you used to do furniture makeovers.😊
Yay! Thank you! I still do furniture pretty often on here but it's not the only thing now that I've added more things to my videos.
The bird in the cage I would hang it in a big window to let the sun shine thru it. I've got to say what a great haul. Everything looks perfect in your house.
Great idea!!
You really scored with your Goodwill shopping. My Goodwill is nothing like yours. I’ve tried shopping at mine for years and have never found anything that looks as good as the things you find. Nor do we have bins-never! I am so jealous!!
I have a few suggestions for you to consider. First, storing bananas with other fruit causes the other fruit to ripen quickly. If you eat all of your fruit fast, you may not notice. Bananas give off a gas, which causes the fruit to ripen quicker, especially when stored together under a glass cloche that traps the gas. A hint to slow down bananas from ripening is to wrap the stem in plastic-plastic wrap, plastic bags, even the plastic bag you use to take your fruits to check out at the store.
Your husband does a great job framing. But when you showed your pictures that came framed in the bigger frames, you commented on how nice the pictures looked. in the bigger frames. Now compare your pictures framed by husband. The 1 x 2's look so small and don't do the pictures much good. Think of how much better they would look in a bigger frame, with a wider piece of lumber or maybe a piece of wide moulding. Something to think about.
I'm still jealous and envious of your treasures!!! 😊😊😊
Great haul and remakes. I love French country stuff, too.
The music is beautiful in this one. Amazing finds!
Thank you!
That bluebonnet picture was so TEXAS !! My daughter lives in Richmond near Houston . They had pictures taken in the bluebonnets ! I can't wait to move back to TX . Praying my house sells really fast !!
I hope it sells fast too! Welcome back to tx!
❤❤❤❤❤
And try staining the big original piece before you make any cuts !
That's how we did our window and baseboard trim. If you have to do an end or a touch-up, it's no big deal ! 😊
Good idea
Your just the sweetest and I love your clothing haul too 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Thank you so much!!
I loved all your finds. I am a huge history buff so I loved that you put Anne of Cleves picture in the frame. She was of course Henry the 8th’s 4th wife. So cool!
I was so glad to hear that you dress your girls modestly. And congratulations on your health journey!
Thank you Janet
This video really inspired me! I want the bird picture for sure..Hope to get by your booth today. Thanks Corey! 😍
Thank you so much! I hope so too
This is my favorite format for a video. Shop and flip. ❤️❤️
I'm so glad
Awesome items! Love the nativity fabric!
I love those flowered pants!
I use wine bottle holders for my rolling pin displays too. I get so many compliments
It's so cool!
@39:00 can you imagine if Windex was all that was needed to restore old classic paintings? 😂 I use Windex to clean so many things! You are so creative. And so genuine.
Haha right? I would be surprised because people tend to hahaha things haha
Loved the song! Love your creativity
Loved the green rug, the bird clock and the metal basket with the greenery balls!
Yay I'm so glad
Great job on the clothing finds and the modeling. For your stickers first use a hair dryer to soften the glue. If any sticky remains then use your Dawn Power Wash.
Great idea!
Great finds Cory! Love the metal baskets and the clocks. Cute outfits, especially the “piratey” jacket 😄
I have to say you weren’t super big but, Wow 6 lbs makes a difference. I’m starting my journey and I’m about 30 years older than you. I will be thrilled when I lose 6 lbs. I used to be a skinny girl.
I love your hutch with all the white. I went green (greenery) and white with stoneware. I used soup tureens for my centerpiece.
I also have two of those clocks with the bird that I thrifted. One is mine and one for sale. I have 2 of the Currier and Ives framed art too, a Fall and Summer. It’s funny I found mine over 5 years ago and the stuff is still out there.
I also went to the bins last week. So fun!
God has really gifted you with great decor style!
Oh thank you!
You just absolutely amaze me with your creations. Your booth is perfect. On another note, I’m glad Piper was only eating grass and not taking a poo. I’m sure you would have cut that out. Can’t wait till your next video.
Haha yes I'm glad she wasn't doing that. Thank you
You are so inspiring. I love everything you do. Wanted to copy your framing pictures from books. Bought and tea book, herb book and a "farm" story book. I love them now and cant bring myself to cut them up. Those projects are now on hold. Lol. I totally get the "gonna keep this for myself" comments. 😊 Thank you
Wonderful! Haha that's funny about the books! Maybe you can use a thrifted book instead. Or a book that was damaged so you won't mind tearing it apart
I love the Italian villa painting. oh my
Thank you!
My granddaughter loves Butterflies 🦋 she’d love all your finds❤
Lots of great finds! I especially love the toile fabric, the green and white rug and what you did with the mod podge and the pictures!
Thanks so much!
So many beautiful finds in this video!
Thank you!!
Sorry I had to stop there with modest dressing for young girls!! I’m a 59 yr old NeeNee of one boy grandson, mother of 2 boys & a daughter. Daughter was born in 1994. I had so much trouble finding clothes that were appropriate for her age-got whining & fussing from MaeMae. When she was 4-5th grade (now 29) went to Panama City beach Florida with her friend. Got to fussing with the girls for appropriate clothes-they picked their own out. I went for a walk with them down the beach but in background to make sure safe. They, with their choice of outfit, got yells from teenage boys, grown men, etc. I got myself in direct line between calls and girls & closer to them. The girls were hugging themselves trying to cover up. Got them inside our room, never seen those clothes again!!Hard lesson, but was necessary to let them know!!
Love the outfits. The 3 pc outfit, I wouldn’t know to put that jacket with it - but looks fabulous darling !
I can’t believe the caged bird canvas framed looks like a real art piece 👍
Wow you got some awesome stuff at the bins ❤the capri pants are so cute on you love the fashion show. I wish my outlet bins had cool stuff like yours 🙃we just got at bins outlet open up about 1/2 hours drive from we’re I live😊hopefully we will get better stuff in soon. Can’t wait to see what you find next and how you flip it. Have a great day y friend. 👏🌿☀️🌿👏 your friend in California
Thank you! I find that you can have several bad shopping days and then out of nowhere a jackpot day. Don't give up
Hey! I leave on the outskirts of Houston 😊 and have never found a Goodwill outlet but will definitely love to know where they are. And as a mom I also agree with you about how scary is the trends nowadays for our little girls and also have found my self cutting old pants into shorts for my daughter to wear. I love your both it looks so well put together. Thanks for sharing 😊❤
Thank you so much. Search "goodwill outlet" on your gps to find them
I just love ur videos. So calming...relaxing..the crafts...flips..music..I often go to u Playlists at night and set my channel m fall asleep to ur channel..lol. ❤❤❤
Wow! That is so cool! Thank you so much.
Love, love your hauls!! ❤
You find the coolest stuff. Our Goodwill just has a bunch of junk and they are high. I am in love with that bird art you found. Thanks for showing everything and the trick with the modpod.
Thank you so much! I hope you find a good source for cool things in your area
The fruit flies, I've been told, come in on the stems of the bananas, although I think they'll go for any fruit. One tip I've tried is cutting off the chunky stem and then taking the banana bunch apart. Not as attractive on display, but helps minimize the fruit flies. Love the clock you found, and your makeovers are inspirational. Enjoy watching you recreate and refresh thrifted items.
Great tip! Thank you so much
I watch you on my Roku tv and I can't comment from there. So I got on my tablet so that I can give a comment to you. I really enjoy watching you but I am really impressed on how you work so hard for your family. Btw the clothes you modeled looked great on you. Love ya
Wow thank you so much! That means a lot to me.
I say again, you have great taste. You are very resourceful.
The clock that didn’t work is an easy fix with a new mechanism. You can find them at hobby lobby, Micheal’s or Joann’s
Thanks for the tip
Loved all your finds today, so many good things! Your shop is gorgeous, I know if I lived close, I would come and shop there!
Thank you so much! I wish
❤❤❤ everything is gorgeous
Thank you!
Corey!! Great for you girl!! Losing weight in what time you have?!!! I stopped at you showing off the floral pants with that jacket!!! Still in arm brace but did a few things including shorts and t shirt with working in small spot for a floral garden that I started last year!! All with one hand and 2 legs!!❤
A determined mind can do anything! Good on you for getting work done despite the brace.
The currier and Ives are part of a 4 seasons collection.
I really liked the background music you picked. So pretty.
I'm so glad
Another truly inspirational video!! I was just in Amarillo visiting my daughter from Massachusetts! Wish Texas were a little smaller so I could have visited your shop! Ha! ❤
Haha yes it's massive. Maybe one day
Ballard is my all time favorite.
I love your new flowered pants
Such amazing finds!

Love the outfits and the green looks great on you
Thank you!!
I love piano concertos!
