There’s nothin better than watching you “ unbox” a product. The depth. The technicality are superb. You reach in…….and grab the lid. Brilliant! Love ya man!👏❤️😜🤓
Lamsons are phenomenal reels, I own four different older models and two newer. Never had a single issue ever, and I put them through some good abuse! Cant go wrong in my opinion!
I agree. Liquid is the best budget minded reel you can buy not only for a beginner but for advanced anglers too. Anything north of that youre just paying for bling.and that comes from someone who's owned reels upwards $1500
I purchased the Lamson Liquid 7/8/9 3 pack a couple of years ago and recently I also got the Lamson Remix 7/8/9 3 pack…. I found it was a lot easier to have spare spools w/ line already on the spool instead of changing out lines… can occasionally be a disaster … but anyway,… Real great deal for the money…! 🤙😎👍
After MRO's first video on the Orvis Clearwater Cassette reel, I ordered it (from MRO) and can say that it is an awesome addition. Love that I can change between lines quickly and keep my gear cost effective. Landed some stripper on it last week (7 wt) and the drag is smooth.
Have the orvis and ordered some extra plastic spools even from you guys from the US to ship here to Bavaria Germany! And I have to say as I am quite new to fly fishing but I love to experiment a lot with lines and stuff I love that orvis idea! And it works very well and easily and also could easily land decent sized pikes or carps on it already and can switch around my lines for each rod and situation I am looking to fish in on that particular day. Can highly recommend that system. Never had an issue with it yet and just plenty of fun and it saved me so much money for all these reels I would have to carry otherwise! I use it for 4-7 weight rods and lines. Usually you don’t need thousand meters of backing and still you’d get a 7 or even 8WT line on it or you are not expecting a monster musky to come by ;)
Bought the Orvis Clearwater from you guys for bass here in Ohio. Works great for the sink tip and float. Always had trouble getting one of them off though. Turns out Justin did an extra great job of spooling that backing. Once I took it all about and rewound it it slips on and off ... like butter.
Just got into fly fishing, I got a 5 weight. I’m planning on getting a 7 or 8 weight for bass here in Ohio next spring. I’ll be picking one of these up too. I like the ability to have multiple lines for however you are fishing. Man this sport is awesome!
Where ya at in Ohio? I’m near Akron. I make the few hour trip to PA few times a summer. Well worth it. Trout fishing this fall in a lot of fun, good luck!
I'm sure they are all great. I have a few of the Orvis cassette reels. I have had them for over a year now. Not really nice on my gear but they have held up great. The scuffed up a lot from laying them down on rocks, docks, boats, etc. But, haven't had any failures. I do mainly bass and carp fishing. Probably not the smoothest reels out there but that isn't the most important thing to me. Very happy with my purchase. Anyone on the fence needs to pull the trigger.
I purchased the Orvis Clearwater Cassette for my 6 wt. and spooled up the floating, sink tip and sinking lines for the lakes. When I picked up a second sinking line, I added a forth cassette for about $10 more. Nice.
hi, great content as usual. Question: are the drag systems sealed on the Lamson Remix & Liquid? I need to use fa reel for occasional light saltwater work for Sea Bass here in the UK. Thanks.
Thanks for watching. Please send your question over to the shop via e-mail and they will get right back to you. Sorry but we do not have that information here but they will of course.
My friend got me Into fly fishing. I live in Missouri. Bass is my favorite but will fish for anything here . The 3 reel will work here . Please send me a link for all 3. Floating, semi sinking and sinking will work in Missouri. Thanks
Thanks for watching. Links should be in the description of the video down below. Feel free to call or e-mail the shop with any further questions. They are always there to help.

Lamson was really cool about replacing a part I lost. I have a Liquid 3 PK 4/5 and it’s killing.
Thanks for watching.
I've caught a bunch of steelhead on the Lamson Remix. It's a solid buy. I set the drag once and I don't have to think about it after that.
Thanks for watching.

When is the Like Butter tanning lotion coming out? I'm looking forward to a nice crispy turkey dinner look this man-kini season.
That was a few years back and sold out quickly.
Winner of the day!

The Lamson liquid is a no brainer!
Thanks for watching.
I sent in an email enquiring about a bit of advice on shooting heads, no reply, no big deal, I love the channel non the less.
They respond to every single e-mail so if no response, they didn't get it. Company policy. Please try again.
@@Madriveroutfitters OK, I’ll give it a go, thanks for responding.
Wondering if the Orvis Clearwater rod and reel I purchased last year is compatible with the cassettes???
Please contact the shop directly with that question and they will be able to answer. Thanks.
Those reels are cheaper than buying extra spools for some of the more expensive reels. I like the cassette on the Orvis
Thanks for watching.
Do all of these reels click on the Retrieve?
Not sure on that. Feel free to call or e-mail the shop and they will be able to tell you. Thanks.
What an awesome review!

Sorry but the Remix is NOT a full cage. If it was you couldnt swap spools with the liquid.
@@adventureswithfrodo2721 Sorry back at you: www.madriveroutfitters.com/p-17902-lamson-remix-s-hd-fly-reels.aspx
And it does take the same spools.
I have a lamson … 👍🏻
Nice reels! Thanks for watching.
