Wonderful episode! I’m using my musical short stories to attract readers to music fiction. So much of what you two discussed here applies to my work! A lot to consider. Another avenue for audio shorts is to upload them to UA-cam. It doesn’t necessarily pay immediately, but if you have or grow a big enough following it can! It also provides an easy gateway for listeners to get used to your work/voice before they buy a larger content audiobook.
