私も、４０年前自衛隊で方面隊、師団で行進と観閲式観に教育隊時代から一般部隊まで参加させていただきました!この式典に参加出来ることは自衛官として最高の名誉なんです!特に教育隊の時に観閲式に選ばれ憧れの陸上自衛隊花形戦車部隊に配属され希望が叶いました!除隊しましたがこの式典だけは何十年立っても一生忘れません!

現在、米国、ロシア、中国、英国、フランス、インドの6カ国だけが運用しており、韓国は昨年の初打ち上げ成功を機に、世界7番目のSLBM運用国として記録されている。
軍は射程500キロの弾道ミサイル「玄武2B」を基盤にSLBMを開発した。
今回の連続発射試験の現場は、叙勲（ソ·フン）大統領府国家安保室長も参観したという。
ただ、昨年の初の試験発射当時、大統領府と軍が発射成功を大々的に広報したのとは違って、今回は公開しなかった背景に関心が集まっている。
16日、北朝鮮が「新型戦術誘導兵器」と主張した発射体を発射して2日後のことであるうえ、大規模な閲兵式と核実験再開の動きなどがあるだけに、状況管理のためではないかという分析が提起されている。
北朝鮮が反発する前半期の韓米連合指揮所（CCPT）が始まった初日の打ち上げも、「非公開」に影響を与えたものと解釈される。
軍関係者は、「今回の試験発射は、昨年公開されたSLBM発射成功後、実戦環境でのSLBM能力検証の一環として後続試験を実施した」とし、「今回のSLBM試験発射の成功が国防力の発展に貢献するものと見ており、SLBM戦力化を支障なく遂行する」と明らかにした。
続いて「強い軍事力建設を通じた韓半島平和を支えるために先端の高威力戦力を確保しており、持続発展させていく計画だ」と付け加えた。
軍当局は、海軍初の3千トン級潜水艦である島山（ドサン）アンチャン号艦をはじめ、追加建造される中型潜水艦計9隻にSLBM78発を装着する計画だ。
中型潜水艦は1次的に島山安昌浩艦を含む3千トン級3隻に続き、2次3千600トン級3隻、3次4千トン級以上3隻の計9隻が建造される。 3千トン級は6つの垂直発射管を備え、3千600トン級は最大10個の発射管を搭載する。

私の亡き父はモノクロ映像に残っている『学徒動員』の時､この演奏をしていたそうです。荘厳な式典の中『学生まで動員しなければならない程戦局は悪化しているのか？』と演奏しながら暗澹な気持ちになっていたそうです。父も後に『カミカゼ』の特攻隊員となりましたが､出撃予定日より前に終戦を迎えたそうで、半ば呆然としていた時､基地接収に来た米軍が､基地将兵や周辺の住宅の為に無料で医療相談を受け治療したり､大量の食料･･父が苦笑していましたがアメリカ兵士達が『食べ飽きたしマズイ』と不評だった軍隊食料を配っていたようです｡日本の人達も米軍兵士達に慣れてきた時､彼らが連れて来た音楽隊がいきなり帝国海軍の軍艦マーチを演奏したそうです。慌てる父達に米軍の指揮官は『音楽には罪は無い､問題なのは歴史ある日本国を無謀な戦争に引き込み諸外国に多大な被害を与えただけでなく貴方達市民に甚大な苦難を与えた帝国軍並びに国家指導者達。』と語ったそうで､軍事洗脳教育を受けていた父も目が覚めたそうです。元々父の上官は『中国だけでなくアメリカにまで戦争するとは東條は大バカ野郎だ』と語っていたらしく酷くなる戦局に疑念を持ち始めていたようですが。と共に『旧日本帝国にも素晴らしい音楽がある』と忌避する事無く自由に音楽に触れさせてもらいました。今の日本があるのは先の大戦の結果。多くの血が流された事を忘れてはならないでしょう。
