Without discomfort we cannot grow, 40 lbs in two months is easy when your spiralling and having medical side effects, forget what has happened and focus on what’s coming. Your amazing don’t forget that. Thank you for being human
After having two months of solid gain losing .4 is great! You're working on stopping the binging. Sometimes you have to take a week or two to stop the binge train before you can back it up. I'm proud of you.
I’m down 13 lbs since our last way in. Stay encouraged. Stay positive and stay the coarse. It’s very hard but you got this. I always lose a quite a bit very early on. Though I am happy I can’t get too excited I have 30 more to lose. No matter if it’s 30 or 200 losing weight is difficult, draining, and at times very frustrating.
I actually think a slow start is probably a good thing as you're getting yourself back on track. Especially when dealing with BED. One step, one week at a time. You'll get there. 💜
You put on 40 in two months. I once put on 20 in a weekend. I’m down 162 pounds since January 2020. Started at 402 pounds down to 240 now in 16 months. 30 to 40 more pounds to go. I definitely was not perfect everyday but 90% of the time I was. I also have a 50 hour work week (including. commute) at a high stress sit down job. If I can do it you can do it and so can anyone else.
As my house cleaning and organizing mentor always says, "Jump in where you are and move forward." At least you are headed in the right direction. We have those little bumps in the road at times, I know I do, and we just have to figure them out and make a plan to move forward to where we want to be.
Would you consider posting a video about how to join OA? I'm really interested, but when I looked up their meetings after your video last week, there were so many and they all have rules and I got overwhelmed. Would love to hear you talk about how to join, and a summary of what goes on in the meetings and how they benefit you. Love you, so happy you're back :) xo
Dude, I’m so proud of you. Even if you put on some weight you always get right back up and start again. I specifically watch your channel because watching you work through your challenges and get right back up inspires me to keep trying when I fail.
👏👏👏Go Laura!! Love to see you pushing through. I was struggling for 3.5 months myself, but I'm back on track finally. Thanks for continuing to encourage others with your journey.
PSA for everyone watching- no one has to have a good reason to gain weight. yes, PCOS, taking steroids, not sleeping, etc. make weight gain easier.... BUT, no one has to explain their weight gain to you. if you don't have anything nice to contribute, save your comment for another video!
Your reasons for weight gain sound just like me! I’m a social worker, take steroids for asthma, stress eat, have insulin resistance and make terrible food choices. I want you to know I’m sooooo glad I found you the other day and am cheering you on! We can do this :)
Glad to have you back Laura! Unfortunately I’ve gained about 20 pounds over the last 2 months myself. But you know what, we will overcome our food addictions, I truly believe that. Your true supporters love you Laura! Never give up! 💪🏾 ❤️
I am saying again I am SO GLAD to have found your vlog! You have given me courage! And I have read a few others' comments that have helped, me. Thank you! (Linda)
As a binge eater myself I can say it is not all that uncommon to put on that much weight that quickly. It sucks. I restarted my own weight loss journey this past March 1st. You can do this. And actually AA is helpful as well. There is some major honesty within those walls. I get that high weight. I was 373.8 back in March.
When you are obese the metabolic system is altered and it is very easy to get a lot of pounds in very short time... The word I am using right now to keep in my health journey is BETTER. Everyday I try to do something better than the previous day and so I keep my diet and ´physical activity on. I believe that re starting therapy will help you very much... at least it was a turning point for me
Laura Lynn you are inspiration. You keep it real with your struggles and help me under myself more. I got help for my emotional eating because of you and it help with a lot of other buried issues. Thank you! You got this!
I am here for the non-scale victories! Glad that you are taking care of yourself and setting realistic goals! My non-scale victory of last week was a realization. A few years ago I read a sentiment that went like "In a years time you wish that you had started today". Which I find sounds so negative. Last week I realized that I am happy I started taking care of myself six months ago. So I reworded that phrase for me to "In a years time you will be thankful you started today!"
I don’t know if you are still doing this personally, but earlier in the channel’s history you would give quotes and journal prompts. I would love to see that again, even if it is once a week. Your quotes and prompts were always so thoughtful. And congratulations on the weight loss this week. It is hard to get back into tracking and working out after a break.
Yay! I'm so happy that you are getting a new job! I think that will be huge for you! I'm so happy you made positive changes that is the biggest part of this weigh in, and of course congrats on the .4 loss!
So proud of you chickie...starting over is never easy! No matter how small the loss, it's still a loss and such a huge step in the right direction. Keep on keeping on friend!!
Girl we got this!! I am starting over too!! I have the feeling I have so much to tell you.... We can do this!! Even if we do small steps, we will still go forward!
That’s awesome!! My non scale victory from this week was that I kept moving and I’m getting in at least 10,000 steps a day. I had lost 26 lbs in 2 1/2 months then I gained 25 lbs back in 6 months. I hate being cold so I stopped moving and starting eating junk food. I’m more motivated than ever to get and kept this weight off. Keep up the great work!! We got this!! I started my journey at 354lbs and now I’m at 344.
Good to see you back! I’m so grateful to watch your videos. I didn’t binge yesterday, but it felt like it was following me around and screaming all day. I broke down and told my husband everything I was feeling in the moment...it was the first time I’ve ever completely let him in. It was cathartic enough that I was able to get a hold without losing the battle. I’m glad you have OA, and therapy. 💜
I’m super grateful for your honesty and vulnerability. I have 75 pounds to lose and haven’t quite started on the weight loss train yet. But my mind has been changing slowly and I’m realizing it’s possible to do. You got this! I’ll be subscribing ❤️
In my mental journey, I was given great advice, "It is ok for something to be hard and to be scared of doing that thing---but doing it anyway." That came to mind when you were talking about how slow or stopped the weight loss may be for a while. It is ok. Sometimes ground work must be done before the scale moves. I'm glad to see you not giving up and keeping your chin up.
So happy to see you this morning! Great way to start the day ❤️. I love how you’re giving yourself some grace. That’s so important. I slip up every week and I’m learning to be gentle with myself and it’s a bit hard but getting there. You seem so happy and girl.... you’re gonna do this. I feel it! We are all here for you ❤️
My dear. My heart goes out to you...sending virtual hugs. I'm glad you're slowly heading in the right direction and taking care of yourself. I know you'll get to a place of health and comfort in your own body and mind. Take care 🙂
Any weight loss is progress, so congrats on .4 pounds gone. You will reach your goal. I too am on a weight loss journey and I too have binged. How I cope with it is that I no longer keep food in the house. It may not be the best way to deal with it but its the best way I can deal with it right now. Anyhow, I appreciate your honesty and transparency, and I look forward to seeing more of your videos💯
Hello newbie subscriber here! Keep on keeping on!! You can do this! Following you all the way from Australia. I’m also on my weight loss journey. So far have lost 33lbs and feeling much better. I am vlogging my journey and it is hard putting yourself out there.
So proud of you! We fell off the wagon too and hope to start our channel back up again asap. I think we kept putting it off cause I was too embarrassed to admit all of the weight gained back but thank you for inspiring others to keep going and even get back up when you fall down. :)
Hey, hang on in there... You sounded like me a year ago... Be kind to yourself....I belonged to O.A manyany years ago and it really helped me focus on ME... And put things to bed and out of my head. You got this. Never give up. Absolutely 'knowing myself and where I'm at' you got his! Lots of love from the UK. Xx
Good job on the 0.4 lbs loss...a loss is a loss and not a gain...with everything going on in your life it is great that you are finding time for yourself. My non-scale victory is eating more balanced meals and meal planning better, makes life easier and keeps me from just grabbing anything because i am hungry!
I appreciate your honesty and talking about this. I'm right with you, I can EASILY put on 40 Lbs in 2 months. I'm a very talented and determined binger! The most important thing in all this is to not beat yourself up for it. It's so easy to beat yourself up and spiral. Then we make small gains into long massive gains. Rearview it all and remember we are human and we are addicts, and slipping is part of the process. Don't feel guilty just embrace it and keep moving forward. You are allowed to forgive yourself for being human and slipping. It happens to the best of us. I appreciate your honest videos and I appreciate you.
Good luck, you will get there. I was fit and healthy and then diagnosed with a couple of chronic diseases. I got retired very early and my husband who couldn’t cope with my disease. I put on 60kg and finally got diagnosed with pre diabetes and hypertension. I cut out all sugar, processed and takeaway foods. Fast forward 6 years I am now back to 59kgs. I need an electric wheelchair but now try to walk short distances even though it is extremely painful. Due to diet and exercise although I am chronically disabled I am now fitter and healthier than most people. My advise is love yourself and your body. It helps me massively when people laugh or make comments about my very poor mobility. You will get there.
You've definitely got this! Love that you're feeling in the mood to dance :) Keep doing what you can to keep your spirits up and you'll get where you need to go. Congrats on stopping the upward weight trend, it's no easy feat.
Congratulations on your .4 loss and your non scale victories. Keep your focus on the positives. You are on the right road and you will reach the prize. Enjoy your move and new adventure.
That’s definitely on my to-do list for when I’m eating a bit healthier! And when I move into my new apartment in September the kitchen is a MUCH better set up for filming cook with me style vlogs 😁
I have been on a health/weight loss journey since 2017. I started at 374lbs, lost 200lbs in about 18 months with diet, exercise and therapy. I say all this to say that before, at 374lbs I didn't have BED. I actually developed it over the course of my weight loss once I reached my lowest weight. I feel for you, girl. You are facing an uphill battle. I'm grateful I didn't have BED until I lost my weight. Because that would've been a HUGE barrier for me to get the weight loss started. I was more of a grazer (still am), so it was a bit easier for me to start. BED is no joke! I look forward to seeing you succeed! 💕
@@lauralynn2847 Honestly, I'd rather be facing this, than to be where I was before. But yeah, sometimes that happens, I guess. It's a result from calorie restricting for so long and not dealing with my emotions in healthy ways. It kinda made the perfect storm. But I imagine, for you, hopefully you will have the opposite. Get a handle on the mental first and ease into the deficit. It's a much better strategy in the long run!
Hi Laura, I'm new to your channel. I respect you a lot, because you are honest and straight forward person. I have hypothyroidism and my hormones are out of balance, I do suffer from binge eating when my anxiety/stress is high. I wanted to tell you, that you aren't alone. You got this. I would like to suggest to intake more magnesium or Himalayan salt for water retention. I sometime suffer from that and bloating, upset stomach, etc. I also drink 2 caps of apple vinegar with the mother in a 16.9oz bottle of water, before breakfast and sometime at night. I hope my suggestion can help to. Also, weight in can be stressful and overwhelming, you should try measurements or pictures. The weight scales sometime doesn't give us the correct weight. But if your clothes feel big and your measurements are shrinking that means you are on the right path. Take care. I do wish you the best. 💜
No weight gain is always a plus in my book. I'm not happy in my current work situation and is a big part of my anxiety and my over eating. Watching your last video really help me A LOT. I also return to therapy; which I have been putting it off. And I'm actually making plans to leave my current job; as in actively looking for new jobs and making a financial plan to be able to leave without causing me more anxiety. if you are brave enough to share your videos with us, than I can also be brave and make the necessary changes that I want in my life. Thank you for the videos and I hope you next time you feel down; like this last past two months, you can also share that with us. Best wishes!!!!
The weight gain is understandable. Truly. I love the imagery of being on the train even if you haven't pulled out of station. I feel like we're in a very similar train car for sure. I am noticing that I am absolutely STOPPING a binge lately which is HUGE! I even started a vlog. (Lol I'm not brave enough for it to be out in the world but yeah, it's being recorded.) Absolutely, *we* got this! I'm so happy to have found your channel. Relatable af for sure.
Don’t beat yourself up..it’s ok. Some of us , our metabolism is not great..Me too….don’t worry..you are back on track..you are motivating me ! Let’s all do it together
Hello Laura! I stumbled across your video about your weight in number 1 *again!!! I loved it and decided to check out another one of your videos! I am excited to say, you have a new subscriber! I am also documenting my weight loss and I also have been known to binge eat! I am also in therapy, too... I have never heard of OA before you mentioned it! I have also never had heard of celebrating the non-scale victories! I believe that is something I can start to incorporate in my weight loss journey! I am rooting for you and feel like you will be successful!!! I look forward to watching more of your content! Here's to happy creating and weight loss!
Thank you so much Jennifer and WELCOME! I love celebrating NSVs - definitely helps me stay positive and focused on the successes, no matter how small 😁
I will tell you from experience that you can't be 100% on point all the time. Just do your best everyday. Even 10% on point is better than nothing. You got this.
Progress is progress. I am also getting back on track. After losing around 40lbs last summer I had been stress binging for a few weeks and injured my knee which prevented me from adhering to my usual exercise routine. In the end I put about 15lbs back in and I need to stop the slide. Starting over with food journaling and trying to spend more time on my feet everyday even if it’s just household tasks.
My personal motto this year has been “Be the tortoise not the hare”... slow and steady.. I’m also a binger so I get the struggle. Proud of your loss.. any loss is better than a gain!! We got this!
I had an interesting NSV just yesterday. I got sick doing the carnivore diet and I've been slowly putting back on weight while recovering and stabilizing my blood sugar so I tend to feel really conflicted with where I am with my weight loss but I'm getting a new job and they're running some serious background check stuff and the lady was looking at my driver's license and she was like "umm that's not your weight. you should get that changed!" My license isn't up until next year and I did auto renewal last time so it still has my weight from like 7 years ago at 474 when today me is around 370. I don't think about all the progress I've made from my top just that I haven't ever made it to the bottom.
I’ve had gastric sleeve surgery seven years ago and kept 70 kg off but weigh 114 kg through eating three to four thousand calories a day through grazing all day sucks
Congrats on the loss!! Especially impressive because you stopped the upward movement. 😊 And thank you for your channel. Because of you and your inspiration, I finally weighed for the first time in 2 months. I've been bingeing and eating poorly, and was afraid to see how much I gained. It was about 8 pounds - - half of what I was expecting. 😊 So now I can move forward again. We're in this together! 👍
Hi, Laura. I hope all is well with you. I am missing your presence. I know you are moving and beginning a new job, which is a lot, so I hope you are coping well. You've got this!
I am trying to lose some weight currently and I have lost almost 15 pounds but we have got this. Staying busy is my best way not to eat. So you’ve got this girl! I love you😍
Thanks Mollie! 🥰 and agreed - ever since I started this second YT channel last weekend I’ve been actually forgetting to eat cause I’m just busy having fun, so that’s definitely a bonus 😂
@@lauralynn2847 yes ma’am! I’ve found it helps a lot or when I get bored I will go walk and listen to music. But stay positive and don’t give up you got this
Music is definitely my fave unofficial form of therapy 😁 and I’m moving somewhere with a lot of flower gardens and parks and hiking trails so...hoping that will help inspire me to get outside!
glad u r back on track. the few times i binged, i ate fruit. no guilt, no bloating, no yo yo'ing. u are, headed in the right direction, i will b here, cheering u on. love nsv's. 👍💪🙏💖
In my young work life, I worked at a restaurant with an interesting collection of less than stellar dynamics. It was a seafood restaurant and I definitely took a shower as soon as I hit the front door while every cat along the walk home followed. One day they sent a couple of us home almost as soon as we got there and still I felt the need for a shower. It was then that I realized I was using my after-work shower to wash off the job and as a transition into what I considered a more normal/ healthy world.
I’m a new subscriber, you inspire me, you got this girl, I know you can do it, don’t be hard on yourself. Love your videos. I’m trying to lose about 40 pounds, let me tell you it’s hard. I’m definitely going to try the walk a mile a day in my home, it’s extremely humid here, so staying in air conditioning. I’m definitely looking forward to your success.Just remember slow wins the race, about 1 pound a month is my goal for weight loss each month. My problem is I don’t eat enough, due to not being hungry. Also are doing a 15 hour fast everyday. Good luck on your new job and move. God bless you girl. ❤️🇨🇦🐶👍💯
👍 you're doing so well, focusing on what you need to for you! I'm in the same boat trying not to scoff my face daily 😬 it's hard to stay on track sometimes especially as I gained a lot of weight back again 🙄 but we're trying and that's what matters! 😁
Every loss is a loss... whether it is 10 pounds or .1 pounds! We celebrate ourselves and our journey along the way because every .1 is still a step forward!
I get it, it’s not much... BUT, it’s not a gain. You’ve sent the Bat Signal to your body and let it know “Hey. Hey you. We’re kicking it back into gear, got it? Good.” I’m happy for you. You’re taking so many actions to pave the way for success! It’s gonna be okay Laura. 💚💚💚
I swing 40lbs every year. 220 to 180 to 220 and around again. I know what works for me 'no sugar', but I cannot keep it up more than 4ths at a time. It is an issue of discipline and not letting stress get to me. I don't understand why I chose extremely painful knees with sugar over feeling awesome with no sugar. Crazy!!!!!!
I don't know if this will help or not but I can tell you that you can do it. I'm 55, started my weight loss journey a little over 2 years ago and have lost 148lbs. I have diabetes, epilepsy, polycythemia vera, no thyroid, went through menopause at 38. It can be done, it's not easy and I failed many, many times before, but I don't want to think you can't. You can and people like myself will help you however we can. One more thing, I didn't accomplish it until after a year of therapy, it's the one tool that helped me learn why I overate, deal with the CPTSD that I suffered from, and my depression that I didn't realize I was experiencing. The therapy is a must and I'm so happy that you haven't quit. That's the first step.
@@lauralynn2847 I mean I'm not crazy about k pop, but I'll still check it out and subscribe so maybe more people who are interested may see your videos 🤷♀️ and if you do expand out into different things or even different genres of music, I love me a good react channel, and I already know that you're funny 😁
That’s definitely the plan, though from what I’ve heard it’s harder reacting to western music because they’re more likely to copyright strike a channel instead of just doing a claim so...gotta be careful! Fortunately korean music industry is smart and recognize that they can make a ton of money off of reactions since 99% of the revenue goes to them!
Yayyyyy our therapist is back - NSV is consistency i just keep plugging away I have been going over my daily calorie allowance but I’m not sweating it - I’ve been going heavy with weight training and added cardio in the evening😁💪🏾
Sometimes you have to trust the process and weigh your less often - keep plugging on the good small changes. I find tracking and writing and acknowledging the NSV and health gains and small incremental habit changes helps. Keep up the good work!
I have always thought that losing weight would help my mental health (which I'm sure it would.. ha!), but you've helped me to see that tending to my mental health helps me to lose the weight. I've definitely had it backwards. Thanks for the encouragement. And, btw, you look great. Waytogo! 🤗
Amazing...I just got to the place in your vlog where you talked about you are happiest when you are doing something creative. That is what I said on Facebook earlier. (Linda)

Thank you so much Maria 🥰 YOU GOT THIS! 💜
Can’t wait to see you succeed! Not just at weight loss but in general, you are so inspiring 😉
LOVE that quote - thanks so much for sharing! 💜
So happy to see you this morning! Great way to start the day ❤️. I love how you’re giving yourself some grace. That’s so important. I slip up every week and I’m learning to be gentle with myself and it’s a bit hard but getting there. You seem so happy and girl.... you’re gonna do this. I feel it! We are all here for you ❤️
Thanks Adriana! 💜 and agreed - it’s so much more difficult to give ourselves grace than others...
You got this girl!! Keep going!! Super proud of you for not giving up!
You inspire me ^_^ ❤️❤️❤️
My dear. My heart goes out to you...sending virtual hugs. I'm glad you're slowly heading in the right direction and taking care of yourself. I know you'll get to a place of health and comfort in your own body and mind. Take care 🙂
Thanks so much and virtual hugs back 🤗
@@lauralynn2847 thanks 🤗
LOVE that NSV Nadia! 🥳
I've been increasing my veggie intake. Hoping to replace some of the junk with healthy foods!
That’s AMAZING! I would like to get to the point where I’m binging on grapes or something else healthy so...wish me luck 😂
A loss is still a loss and in the right direction, One step at a time, you got this!
Thanks Laura 💜
You are focusing on your health. Great job. I look forward to seeing your next update. You can do it. You are strong.
I just came across your videos.. love them! You are amazing & I love your honesty .. keep up the great work 🥰
I appreciate your honesty and talking about this.
Thanks Narf 🥰
Congratulations on your .4 loss and your non scale victories. Keep your focus on the positives. You are on the right road and you will reach the prize. Enjoy your move and new adventure.
I'm on this journey with you! 😊
You can do this! I’m always looking for new recipes so if you have any to share, that would be great (especially salads!)!
That’s definitely on my to-do list for when I’m eating a bit healthier! And when I move into my new apartment in September the kitchen is a MUCH better set up for filming cook with me style vlogs 😁
I can relate so much. Just wanted to send you a hug and say how proud I am of you 🌞
Thank you! 🥰
Absolutely wonderful, we are on a similar journey... you are not alone - We will get through this together.
Thanks Shawna! Sorry you are dealing with BED now though ☹️
So true! Well, we’re in this BED fight together! 🥳
As you said, you got this! I love that you are taking things gradually. Having a loss after the few months you had is amazing! Also, great NSVs!
Thanks Jeanette! 💜 was so nice to get back to sharing NSVs again 🤗
You got this! I’ve been struggling myself. Your not alone. We will push though this🤛🏼💓 Blessings!
Thanks Bee and WE GOT THIS! 👊🏻
I'm so proud of you. Keep going, Warrior
Thanks Mary Beth! Definitely feeling more like a Warrior now than ever 😯
WOW, Carla...that is so amazing! Keeping my fingers crossed for ya and sending all the good juju vibes your way! YOU GOT THIS! 🥳🥳🥳
That is AMAZING Jonni! Congrats! 🥳 and if you do start a channel let me know!
Don’t beat yourself up..it’s ok. Some of us , our metabolism is not great..Me too….don’t worry..you are back on track..you are motivating me ! Let’s all do it together
I appreciate your honesty. I'm working on my weight too.
Yeah!!! I am a 30 years old woman who is obsessed with korean culture, yes to the content of the new channel!!!
It’s only been a few days but having a blast so far 😁
Hey, the scale moved in the direction you wanted it to! That's always a win! 😃
AMEN! 😁
In the same boat. We got this!
Wheres the link for your new channel?
Here ya go!

It’s just me being silly and fangirling and enjoying myself 😁
I will tell you from experience that you can't be 100% on point all the time. Just do your best everyday. Even 10% on point is better than nothing. You got this.
Progress is progress. I am also getting back on track. After losing around 40lbs last summer I had been stress binging for a few weeks and injured my knee which prevented me from adhering to my usual exercise routine. In the end I put about 15lbs back in and I need to stop the slide. Starting over with food journaling and trying to spend more time on my feet everyday even if it’s just household tasks.
YAY! We can do this Beth! Hope your knee is feeling better?
@@lauralynn2847 knee is still being a diva lol managing my diet is the focus atm I hope you are doing well!
My personal motto this year has been “Be the tortoise not the hare”... slow and steady..
I’m also a binger so I get the struggle. Proud of your loss.. any loss is better than a gain!!
We got this!
LOVE IT! 🥰 and YES WE DO! 👊🏻
Keep at it, Laura!!!👏🏼❤️🙌🏼
Will do! 😁
That is an AMAZING NSV and reminder of how far you’ve come! Congratulations 🎉
I’ve had gastric sleeve surgery seven years ago and kept 70 kg off but weigh 114 kg through eating three to four thousand calories a day through grazing all day sucks
Congrats on the loss!! Especially impressive because you stopped the upward movement. 😊
And thank you for your channel. Because of you and your inspiration, I finally weighed for the first time in 2 months. I've been bingeing and eating poorly, and was afraid to see how much I gained. It was about 8 pounds - - half of what I was expecting. 😊
So now I can move forward again.
We're in this together! 👍
So glad you were able to weigh in again and have that moment of awareness! WE GOT THIS! 🤗🥳
You are turning the tide and that is so positive! 🙌
Thank you! 🤗
@@lauralynn2847 you are more than welcome! You are doing great xx
im rooting for you girl. Its good to take some times to your self!!!
Thanks Jasmine! 💜
How is the OA experience? I've always thought of going but never did.
But stay positive and don’t give up you got this
Music is definitely my fave unofficial form of therapy 😁 and I’m moving somewhere with a lot of flower gardens and parks and hiking trails so...hoping that will help inspire me to get outside!
glad u r back on track. the few times i binged, i ate fruit. no guilt, no bloating, no yo yo'ing. u are, headed in the right direction, i will b here, cheering u on. love nsv's. 👍💪🙏💖
It’s definitely one of my goals to get to a place where when I binge it’s on healthier foods so...love it! 💜
A week ago, I had surgery, getting my kidney out because of a tumor. That’s my non scale victory. Today, I got on the scale and lost 3lbs.
Very true! WE GOT THIS Kelly! 🥰
Every loss is a loss... whether it is 10 pounds or .1 pounds! We celebrate ourselves and our journey along the way because every .1 is still a step forward!
I'm starting with you👍My weigh in is Friday 😊👍💜
YAY! We got this! 👊🏻🥳
Takes years to go on, will take time to come off...keep calm and carry on ! X
Thanks Risa 💜 that’s what I keep telling myself!
So... Where's the link for your new channel 👀👀👀
Haha, honestly didn’t think anyone would be interested cause it’s VERY different but here ya go 😁😂
m.ua-cam.com/channels/m8oaqRZb5E2PDAqRrjIpmQ.html
I have been stuck at 135 for so long!! I miss my 120s so bad, I understand the struggle!
I haven't even seen the video yet, but I just wanted to say that I am happy to see a video from you.
Thanks Marlene! 💜
Yayyyyy our therapist is back - NSV is consistency i just keep plugging away I have been going over my daily calorie allowance but I’m not sweating it - I’ve been going heavy with weight training and added cardio in the evening😁💪🏾
LOVE IT!!! You got this Marie - love hearing about your progress! 💜
You can do this!
Thanks Juliane! 💜
Sometimes you have to trust the process and weigh your less often - keep plugging on the good small changes. I find tracking and writing and acknowledging the NSV and health gains and small incremental habit changes helps. Keep up the good work!
Agreed and thank you! 🥰
Step by step !
🎶 day by day 🎶 😂🤣😂 now I have a sudden urge to watch Full House... 😂
I have always thought that losing weight would help my mental health (which I'm sure it would.. ha!), but you've helped me to see that tending to my mental health helps me to lose the weight. I've definitely had it backwards. Thanks for the encouragement. And, btw, you look great. Waytogo! 🤗
Haha, so glad to hear that Melissa! WE GOT THIS 🥳🥳🥳
Amazing...I just got to the place in your vlog where you talked about you are happiest when you are doing something creative. That is what I said on Facebook earlier. (Linda)
Great minds! 😂
