how you getting it for $7.99? I pay $10 monthly for Pro and I still prefer FCPX. I run all my shorts through CapCut however because their auto-captions can't be beat.

I'm not sure! Perhaps I was grandfathered in on the price? I am paying through my apple subscriptions
