I'm using CapCut and every time I drag a template into the timeline is says "clips to be replaced before you can edit." I have used many video editing software but have no idea what this means, does anyone know?

New to Capcut. Excellent video. Been using Camtasia most of the time for video editing. I notice it trends to bog down when creating longer videos. Do you have a feel for which of the two programs tends to bog down more with longer videos? I understand I can go to proxy videos but without using proxy videos is performance similar?

Hi Kevin. When creating the AI in the news studio, where you have MEDIA to then choose the library, I only have IMPORT and i've restarted etc but I still don't see media, only import so i cannot access the library. Any ideas?

Hey Kevin good explainer Video for CapCut PC version. Tell me would you change from using DaVinci Resolve as your Go To Editor? Ive been watching you and Casey along with a couple other creators and I know DaVinci has a big learning curve...But what do you prefer? 🙂 Honestly Bro... Even to buy Studio over CapCut Pro.
My current go to is DaVinci Resolve. DaVinci Resolve gives you lots of depth and control, but with that comes a deep learning curve. I've also been using it for a while now and I'm accustomed to it. I'm really impressed by CapCut and would recommend starting there. Trevor Jones recently pulled together a really solid video comparing CapCut to Adobe Premiere (ua-cam.com/video/cZa3jMG52_Q/v-deo.html). Although it focuses on Premiere and not Resolve, I think the comparison is still valid and applies to Resolve as well. Hope that helps!

Hi, I tried to convert a file saved to 4k with GoPro via cupcut. I don't know why although on Cupcut I save the file with a higher resolution, I mean 2k/4k, the file is saved with a resolution of 2560x1440 which would be QHD instead of 4k 3840x2160.. why did this happen? Am I doing something wrong?
