Oh,look at how smooth that gameplay is... I'm playing this at the moment on an i5 7400 and that's it.
may i ask,do you tune your graphic cards?
i just do an undervolt and a fan curve where it doesn't spin so fast, i let my pwm case fans do most of the intake and exhaust, the card is old so i try not to push it so much and it still works to this day, i have it on a 2nd pc i run a 6600xt now
