Susan, these will be perfect for your beautiful log cabin home, these colors are so earthy and gorgeous on your tree! I agree with the sound of his voice, his tutorials are so quick and easy, yet so doable :) Merry Christmas! 🎄 p.s. I am looking for some quick and easy ornaments to add to my Christmas cards that are flat and won’t take up too much space ;) 💗🎄💗

Oh if you like soothing voiced tutorials, lol, try out iknitwithcatfur... her voice is soooooo soothing, I knit and crochet, so I knit while I watch her videos, you could crochet while you watch... some of her earlier ones are when she is outside and you can hear birds chirping, some times she is inside and you can hear the dryer going which is soothing and her sweet little child cooing, lolllll ... 🤗💗🤗

I've never watched her, but I'll definitely look for her. I prefer tutorials I can work along with. I live alone so it's almost like I have company. its nice when it's not so sterile, and dead silent. I watch alot of card making tutorials and I really enjoy it when you can here the dog snoring beneath, or the cat keeps trying to steel things off the table.

I've never run to the store to go buy yarn for a project faster - I've been making these nonstop, and I'm so excited to give them to literally everyone I know! Thank you for this awesome tutorial, it was super easy for even a beginner like me to follow!!

I'm a total beginner and I've just made the first half of my first one and it actually looks like yours (although not quite so neat) and I'm jumping for joy! Can't wait to finish this and make lots more. You make it really easy and explain so clearly. Thanks so much! :D

Wow, you are a very very good teacher. I also teach crocheting and knitting for about 8 years now. I come across some who know how to crochet/knit but should leave the teaching to others. You have a great teaching style and are easy to follow. Thank you for putting this cute pattern on Utube and presenting it so well.

This is a very nice crocheted ornament...I start all my circular centers with the Magic Circle, I have started doing this since I was 10 years old, I am now in my 70s. I always called it "closing up the center", lo and behold, it now is a magic
circle. I only wrapped the yarn one time around my finger and just pulled the yarn through, that seemed to work for me. I will try it your way, thanks so much for
sharing, I enjoy your videos, all the best, Michelle

I totally ruined the magic circle (like always) but just worked a nice four chains and a slip stich to replace it... Now ten minutes later I have a wonderful christmas tree ornament and thanks to YOU, I am very proud of it! A hundred more to go so I can offer them to everyone around. The loose ends stuffing is a really, really useful trick. Thank you so much from Paris, France!

Omg I’ve been trying and trying to do the magic circle and your video showed me in two minutes what I was doing wrong and how to do it correctly . Also working the ring over the finger is brilliant ! I actually got a beautiful piece of crochet ! What a great explanation and tutorial ! Thank you !!!!

I cannot tell you how long i have struggled to crochet round ball ornaments. All those increases and decreases and cursing. Why did i never think to make two flat ones and join them together like this? Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. I'm watching this on Dec 28th as i always look for next years ideas while i'm still in the holiday spirit 🙂 i believe these are definitely going to make the list of things i'll be making next year. Thank you so much for this tutorial.

I loved this pattern. Went right out today and bought the yarn to match yours. I lucked out and it was on sale, buy two get one free! The ease and simplicity of the pattern is just fantastic. Instead of leaving long tails on the ends I opted to go into my scrap basket and use scraps of yarn that wouldn't be enough to make anything with and used it for my stuffing. I don't know if you are anything like me but I can't stand to throw away even the littlest scrap. So this made me feel that I finally found a useful solution for them. Thanks for this great Christmas idea.

And I even made some for my own tree. So easy, so much fun to make! I am totally addicted to making these decorations. I am more of a knitting person, just knowing a bit about crocheting. These looked complicated but by following your video, I do them now without watching and everyone is asking for them. We have a very large family and each one looking for different colours. Great tutorial, great explanations as I went through the tutorial. I hope to find more of your tutorials as I have found my love for crocheting again. Thank you so much 😊

Lovely Christmas ornament. My favourite tip is - At the end of row you’re ready to cut the yarn, don’t make a chain, there’s no need for it and it can show when you sew up, just cut the yarn and pull through, it won’t unravel. Try it.

Great tutorial! Thank you! I used a 4.5mm hook and some Caron Simply Soft and some Loops and Threads, Soft and Shiny yarn for these. I did leave my tails long for stuffing but I upcycled and crocheted both sides around a used, clean, standard mason jar seal as I never reuse the seals.
