Hi Shez, I used smaller hook size than the recommend size on the yarn label 3.75mm instead of 5mm to give the bauble a neat shape and look. Or you can crochet a little tighter. If you want to make a larger wreath could you repeat one of the rounds? If so which rounds would be repeated? Thank you!
Hi Lorraine, thank you for watching. You can make this wreath as big as you want by increasing the stitches in each round
R1: 12 dc
R2: 2dc in each st = 24 sts
R3: 1dc, 2dc = 36 sts
R4: 1dc, 1dc, 2dc = 48 sts
R5: 1dc, 1dc, 1dc, 2dc =60 sts
....

When you go around the ornament in the second, third and other rounds, let me make sure I understand what you are doing…did you put 2dc stitches in the same stitch? Then 1dc in the next and 2dc stitches in the next stitch and so on?

2nd round: 2dc in each space between stitches. Total 24 dc
3rd round: 1dc in first space between stitches, 2dc in next space between stitches and so on. Total 36 dc.

Just curious - what size is the finished ornament? Mine seems to be coming out very small.
