Bro that was an amaizing video. I love your energy, and positivity and I am really considering buying these headphones. Could you tell me if they are still the best you have heard for blutooth? Thank you so much, I subscribed!

If you have too much clamping force then just bend the headband .V Moda says you should bend them

How did you get these for $280 before tax? You got the Microsoft Store to price match the non-Codex editions? Lol. Lucky. I have the same headphones but Rose Gold and not Codex version. It looks like the Codex version and the regular Rose Gold is practically the same when it comes to the best audio codex for devices such as Android that uses Qualcomm Apt-x. I wish V-Moda would release the Codex from the start for all the colors for the Apt-x but I don't mind the look of the Rose Gold. The headband is actually made of Steel I believe and the rest is made of Aluminum and Hard Plastic. I agree with you that despite not having noise cancellation, these sound so so good! Thanks for the initial video review!

Yes I did, I asked first if they did and they said that as long as it's from V-Moda's website or a direct competitor like Best Buy, they will price match. In this case on V-Moda's website the Crossfade Wireless 2 (not codex edition) are now 280, so they saw that got the manager for me and the rest was history lol. And to be honest I actually wanted the Rose Gold model myself solely due to the fact that it looks a little polarizing to me, but the all black isn't that bad either. And no problem, I'm glad you enjoyed my video means a lot to me.

You actually have the Codex version. Looks like the Microsoft Store price matched the wrong Crossfade 2 and gave you the Codex version. The Codex version of the Crossfades has the AAC logo on the box as well as the Qualcomm apt-x logo and yours done! If you check out the box for the regular Crossfade 2, they don't have the AAC logo. We have both the Codex and regular CF2s at home and I can verify this. You got quite the deal and the premium expensive model!! ;)

Got beats studio 3s , not feeling them, have the solo 2 and prefer the sound of them to the studio 3s , need a wireless headphone and looking at the v mods cf2s , would u recommend getting money back for studios and getting them instead ? Tries the m100s today and they were great need the wireless though

Well there's a few important factors that play into this. 1. Is sound quality your main priority ? if so then yes this is the headphone for you. 2. if your not too worried about battery life and don't mind using the headphone cable every now and then (the headphone cable enhances the sound on these) then with the 14HR battery life in these are great. 3. Finally if you like a good build, then these are definitely the headphone for you. Plus the ability to price match comes in handy when trying to get it in store. Personally i highly recommend these compared to what i have bought before. I hope this helps and please don't hesitate if you have anymore questions to ask. Thank you for watching.

Is there any difference in wired and wireless audio quality??? Have u ever tried the m100s ? Tried them today and I like the bass u get from them , want to get wireless but want to know if the bass is as good on them , v disappointed by the studio 3 , got my money back

I have tried the m100s but not for an extended period of time for a review. Yes There is definitely a big difference between wired and wireless. Wired connections tend to give the more superior sound signature and in the case of all V-Moda headphones, it enhances the quality as well. The M100s sound great and are probably some of the best wired headphones you can buy. But trust me, the Crossfade 2 Wireless is no joke. Its like the m100s with bluetooth but with an even more refined sound signature thanks to the bluetooth audio codecs. And trust me that punchy bass in the m100s is still there but even slightly better on the crossfade 2 wireless. I know it's important to put your money in the right place, that's exactly why i do these reviews. So don't worry, I'm sure you'll enjoy the crossfade 2 wireless just as much as i am, especially knowing you also have one of the strongest built headphones on the market so accidental drops aren't an issue. Hope this helps you out a bit more.
