Thanks for the content. Well said about those. I owed PX7 S2, changed them to PX8 and came back to PX7 S2 :D reason for that is, that PX7 S2 sounds more warm and not that artificial as Px8 for my taste.

When you have the set connected via the cable, how do they sound? The PX7 predecessor sounds AMAZING with hi-Rez streaming. How about these?

Hi there, firstly thanks for watching! As far as connecting it direct via the type-C to C cable to a computer, the sound is just as amazing as the PX7s! Listening to Hi-Res audio on this was honestly a real eye opener for me since I've never really bought a headphone that sounded this well before. Connecting them direct to the computer just makes these headphones sound that much brighter and thanks to the angled drivers the listening experience is great! Hope this helps answers your question.

Great review mate, a couple of questions 1.Can you use high-res audio when connected wired with usb-c to 3.5 aux ? 2. can you use the microphone while wired ?
    3. Are there any audio latency when gaming wired to a pc ?

Thanks for watching the video! So in order 1) When you're using the usb-c to 3.5, audio would only be played normally like any other headphone connected to 3.5mm port unless you're plugging into a headphone amp or something. 2) The microphone works when wired as well. since the headphone doesn't have a pass through feature and needs to be on at all times when in use, the mic on the headphones would still work with either a cable or bluetooth. 3) Wired to a PC i didn't notice any latency at all. Albeit I don't do heavy gaming myself i can say that watching videos/movies i didn't notice any latency when plugged in. Hope this helps!

Nice review bro, thanks for your thoughts on them. do they have good passive isolation? I don't plan to use ANC since it could suck ear drums.

Hi there, thanks for watching the video! The Passive Isolation is pretty decent. There definitely is a noticeable difference between ANC ON vs OFF but with it off, it does block out most low to mid volumes of outside noises. Obviously with louder noises such as loud vehicles and such will be a little more noticeable but other that pretty quiet for the most part. Hope this helps!

Nice review. Have any of the cons been updated with a firm wear update as yet?

Thank you for watching the video! As of right now I haven't seen any firmware updates come through for the headphones. I think the app itself received some updates but that's about it.

Hi.Do they sound best with anc off? 😊

Hello, thanks for watching the video! With ANC ON or OFF I honestly couldn't tell that much of a difference. To me the sound signature stays relatively the same with or without it. The ANC really is just there to quiet the surrounding noise honestly while the headphones themselves remain quite enjoyable to listen to either way.

I have to disagree with you regarding the NC on the B&W Px7 S2. I have these headphones The airpod pro's and I have the Bose 700. To me the NC is about the same with Bose being a tiny bit better...but so small you don't know the difference. Way better than the Airpod Pro's(don't know why you even mentioned them) Let's face it ..when it comes to NC NOBODY is better than Bose. Why??? They invented it. However, the sound quality of the B&W is WAY better than Bose, Apple Airpod Pro's and the Airpod Max. The PX7s2 blows them all away hands down. They offer the codecs that the Apple head phones and earbuds don't have and neither does Bose. Bose is just good for NC...nothing else. And Apple of course you have to be in their eco system or you lose 80% of the features. Who wants that??? For me great sound quality, and build quality is more important than the strongest NC. As long as it can block out the majority of the noise...I'm fine. You UA-cam reviewers need to STOP being so bias.

I hate some Sound comparisons on UA-cam especially when a UA-camr is demonstrating some high end product that sound like crap on UA-cam and then all his followers are lying saying this product sound good SMG.
