The moment you hit the 4 on the flour it's nice. The 3 / 4 in the first half is cool for build up, but soon as drop hits I would go for the 4/4 kick. Nice shit though
this sort of stuff i usually just end up describing as edm + qualities of the song since im unsure if this would even fall under a specific genre (besides edm but thats a massive umbrella term, mayyyybee you could make the argument for it being j-core?). if i had to describe this to a friend i would probably say its angry/aggressive edm that sounds like it would be used in a really hard or fast paced bossfight
@@kydelvetus642 oh i agree, this song changes genres too many times to be labeled as one genre. for me, specifically at 0:52-1:18 the closest comparable genre would be Electro. if you don't agree then ok
@@Thekiya753 feel like im going mental here cause this is so hyperpop, the overdriven kicks and the trancey synths, let alone the kick pattern itself when it starts at 0:26. to say not even close seems so silly. theres so many similarities and youre ignoring them all! stick a high pitched autotuned vocal line on top of this and you have a mid tier 100 gecs song. bye!
@@manglednub just because it has elements of hyperpop dosent mean it is hyperpop this is boss battle video game music not hyperpop sure like you said there is some similarities in the instrumentals but its not even close to the same it would be really hard to put hyperpop vocals on something like this, hyperpop has lost all of its meaning and it really shows with your comment people call anything with a electronic sound or processed vocals "hyperpop" its so annoying
Select all channels(not master), pull fader down till nothing clips (again not master), and then a notch more, turn up speakers for louder hearing experience. This way you'll be able to make something louder if you need to. Otherwise beautyful work mate. :)
nowadays it doesn't really matter anymore. people are just making satisfying noises and it somehow works without being a specific genre
beginning sounds like binding of isaac type beat
boss fight type beat
rhythm game music

in syncopation, not 3/4 but yh its a bit repetitive
The whole thing is in 4/4 mate
hardstyle trance with breaks
Hahah.
i wish i was this level of "out there"
Experimental trance...
Complextro I think

Yes, this is EDM. Sounds like elements of multiple subgenres of EDM mashed together into one track
Sounds good, all that matters.
What's that vizualiser software you're using, mate?
minimeters
Electronic Dance?
I was having a problem with Ableton distorting to infinity also.
Really cool stuff. 😊
sounds like electro to me
This is definitely not electro. Listen to Elecktroids, for example, to hear what electro sounds like

@@saucymoon7134 Well yes, I guess 0:52-1:02 could pass as electro but then there's so much stuff that's not electro at all elsewhere in the track
jesus christ its gonna break my earphones
Great.❤❤❤

earrape
sorta like a mixture of witch house + hyper pop!
