- Lipopolysaccharides, or LPS, are pro-inflammatory agents that have been studied extensively for their effect on the inflammatory response and other chronic health conditions, including autoimmune diseases. In this video, I’m discussing what these endotoxins are, how they trigger inflammation, and what you can do diet-wise to keep them from wreaking inflammatory havoc in your body.

I am trying to link my chronic tiredness, sleep problems, autoimmune disease and i Think i might Have found the answer. Great video packed with useful informations.
I'm glad it was helpful!
But missed is that many houses have dysbiosis that’s breathed in then causing these issues
When you say dysbiosis do you mean toxins in homes? Yes, that is a big issue too.
I think stress plays a huge part in leaky gut
It does! Stress does a number on your gut too.
Lots of people/videos refer to lipopolysaccharides as "free radicals". But, free radicals is a broad based term. They might also be referring to such things as heavy metals, or chemicals.
LPS are not free radicals. They are a combination of fat and sugar and come from the outer membranes of gram negative bacteria. They cause damage much like free radicals do, but they are not free radicals.
Subscribed. Really wonderful video. 🙏👍
Thank you so much!
Excellent
Thanks!
@@the.autoimmune.dietitian How to lower zonulin and fabp2?
Are we then connecting the microbiome with the t cell gamma delta ( positive/negative) Jak and Stat pathway ?
That's a great question and I'm not entirely sure.
@@the.autoimmune.dietitian I know that viral infection can boycott the cd19 expression by down regulating the vitamin D receptor.
I know that virus also such varicella, since it is an herpes family virus can also activates autoimmune disease.
How then our immune system detect an endogenous pathogen as a cross reactive by sending the cytokine storm through our Jak stat.
I have book of autoimmune disease made during the 80 and I have noticed that we did not make any progress regards the gamma delta ( mucosa immunity).
Thanks for your attention, it means that I am studying well 🤗
Yes, but what causes an increase in LPS? Everybody has gram negative bacteria in their gut!
Standard American Diets, inflammation, stress, etc. The key is lowering them, which includes eating a non-processed food diet, avoiding toxins, etc.
And living in USA Ad the only country that’s got Biotoxin Mold remediators and a spare few hundred grand otherwise just adapt to life I suppose lol
