    Thanks for mentioning chia and flax seed. I make chia pudding and eat soaked flax seeds. I’m battling CIDP.

    I started Keto and my symptoms got so much better, but stress brought it back. Have to keep stress away

    One thing I learned in my research is omega 3 is wonderful, omega 6 can cause inflammation. People need to listen without tuning out as soon as they hear "trigger" words. There's tons of information out there, but the minute you decide to stop listening is the moment you can miss beneficial information.

      Why is it nonsense? Natural whole foods can cure and prevent any disease!
