@@malakahmed1584 😱 you're 3b/c too! What products do you use? I think I have high porosity hair so its been hard figuring out how to get my hair to look decent most of the time. Every wash day is a huge gamble lol
@@gabbykiara8222 i use everything cantu the shampoo, conditioner and the curl activator cream
1: Put your hair in a loose bun after showering (15-20 mins)
2: When its damp don’t run your hands thru it instead scrunch
3: Part your hair (middle part)
4: Styling, (Cream product or leave-in conditioner) very gently to roots and ends.
5: Scrunch product 👍
6: Scrunch mouse or gel 😌 *Scrunch Scrunch*
7: Air dry, towel drying or use a diffuser
8: After drying whatever way, you can shake your curls bestie! (10:05)
9: Diffuse a little once more.

Yeah most other tutorials involve brushing it out with a denman brush and then scrunching for a longgg time. Too much effort, I always had a routine that's similar to the one she shown, except that I let my curls form in the shower and enhance them with product immediately out of the shower. Works 100% of the time.
Idk, however for me manipulating is kind of necessary if i want to feel pretty in my hair, otherwise I just go “maybe it will look better next wash day?” but manipulating makes my hair prettier. Because my dream is to one day wake up with 3B hair but i have 2c or possibly 3a hair which i dont personally find very pretty. I dont know
Wow! I was thinking this is way too much scrunching and manipulating my hair would be a giant ball of frizz! I could never shake my hair at the end . 😳
@@pizzaminustoppingz I LOVE 2c/3a pattern. Mine is 3b and 3c at bottom and I dont find it as pretty as yours.

I’ve been doing this routine for about a week now and really love it! I thought with my looser curl pattern putting it in a bun would just ruin it but I like the more natural look I get. I usually denman brush my whole head but I find this looks curlier and more volume

I have two different textures of curls on my head, 3c in the front and 3a in the back, and I always found that brushing or raking the product through would make my 3a hair super flat and straight, so this is great! Thank you

The technique and tips you gave helped me solve a problem I have been having lately of having defined curls, but huge gaps between clumps so it looked so thin. Oh my god Jayme thanks a lot for a simple routine. I always let my hair air dry and it looked ok I guess. I tried this new routine yesterday and got two compliments for my curls in one day today!

I tried this today and my hair looks so much better, I even did it without a diffuser.
A good tip for parting your hair and not messing up the top curls would be to fix your part at the end of your shower real quickly then finish rinsing it out and doing the bun that way you don't have to disrupt your curl pattern after its started setting
This method actually worked well for me. It didn't come out perfect, but it's still better than previous times. My hair is short so putting it up was a challenge, but it still worked out. ☺️

beginner curly girl steps:
1- customizable Shampo and conditioner
2- put your hair on a loose bun (20-25 mins to an hour)
>> if you left it for one hour or more slightly re-wet it

OMG you're hair is GORGEOUS! I will die if I can get my hair to be like yours lol. I've had curly hair for awhile, but never really knew how to take care of it, what products to use/how to use. I mainly use drug store products to save $$ but I feel like no matter what product I put in my hair it comes out so frizzy! and some hair will curl and others just look wavy.

hair is elastic it always goes back to where it grew from. Try going to the beach and you will notice that it will permanently get back some of its curl after taking the post-beach shower

im bout to try this literally right now. ive been experimenting wit diff routines since i big chopped my "mashallah-provoking shaar" 🤣🤣 as ive named it in tribute to all the aunties who loved my long straightened hair. mine right now is good for my 2c/3a curls but my curls fall to waves so quick after like 2 days so i think i might actually try damp styling instead of wet for once. it mightve been too heavy for my hair
