  • This lesson centers in on whether we are to count seven sabbaths complete or just seven full weeks. Some focus on the Hebrew text of Scripture while others focus on the Greek Septuagint. What if there is way to focus on both?

You said, "We both could becwrong." If only more in this walk understood that truth we'd have far fewer dissensions and fractions. Love you sir

We are a remnant brother, I believe we are reckoning this feast the same way. I tried to refute worlds last chance challenge for two years. That was back in 2018 and 2019 and to this day was not able to refute their challenge. So this is a lonely path sometimes but Praise YAH we are rightly handling the word of truth.

Shalom Ach, There was light before the sun and the moon were created, the emphasis in rev 21:23-25 is no need for the SOURCES OF LIGHT that we are using now, specifically for the ones that are written in the lambs book of life, it goes on to say there will be no night in New Jerusalem, (REV 21:23-25) 23) And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof. 24) And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. 25) And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
The moon and stars were made for signs & seasons also to separate the day from The night, the greater to rule the day & the lesser to rule the night, they were also set into the expanse of the heavens, which will be rolled up like a scroll according to scripture.
Gen 1:12-18 14) And God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night. And let them be for signs and for seasons, and for days and years, 15) and let them be lights in the expanse of the heavens to give light upon the earth.” And it was so. 16) And God made the two great lights-the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night-and the stars. 17) And God set them in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth, 18) to rule over the day and over the night, and to separate the light from the darkness, (IS 34:4 )The heavens above will melt away and disappear like a rolled-up scroll. The stars will fall from the sky like withered leaves from a grapevine, or shriveled figs from a fig tree. (REV 6:13-14) 13) and the stars of the sky fell to the earth like unripe figs dropping from a tree shaken by a great wind. 14) The sky receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved from its place.
So here's my point/question, if the old hevean and earth are going to be destroyed and the way seasons & time worked dramatically changed, does it truly matter if we get it right in this plain of existence?, one day here is a thousand in heaven, heaven will be brought down here and all instruments of time will be changed, I truly believe this to be a test of the heart alone, just some food for thought, let me know what your guy's thoughts are about this,, shalom mishpacha I love you all, HalleluYAH.

I differ with your view which says that the last Holy Convocation of the feast of Unleavened Bread will fall on the 22nd day of the biblical calendar.
Unlike the feast of tabernacles who’s last day of the seven day long feast is the “eighth and Last Great Day” making it end on 22nd of the month (Seventh Month), the Feast of Unleavened Bread is not like that. The Holy Convocations for feast of Unleavened Bread will be on the First (15th Day) Seventh and last (21st Day) as scriptures say. The 22nd day will be on the normal weekly Sabbath.
Great teaching Bro Matthew 🙏🏿Much love from South Africa 🇿🇦. Chag Pesach Same’ach each.

It would seem to me that Karaite Judaism would be in trouble if the Passover meal fell on Saturday evening i.e. their First Fruits would not happen in the space of 7 days until the following Sunday. They won’t experience a Feast within a Feast.

Shalom, and thank you for this teaching.
I’ve noticed over the past year as I read through scripture (and history) that major events have occurred on the 15-17 of Av - typically destructive ones. It’s been nagging at me, since other than this date and one other, major events coincide generally with the feasts.
When I count Shavuot this way, we land on one of these dates; what is known as “Tisha b’Av” today.
Would love to know your thoughts on this one.
    Yah’s patterns are perfect!

How do you land on tisha b av? I feel this is significant also but that’s at least 10 days after the seven sabbaths plus 50 days. How are you getting there?

Yes! The middle of the month is absolutely significant and this draws me also! I can’t UN-see it!! I believe Father is showing something concerning the calendar and the moons. I have been following the full New moon on and Astro-lunar cycle and some things are starting to line up. I truly believe the calendar is a combo of things, like there are two counts going on simultaneously (solar and lunar) and that the Shabbats, NMDs, and Feasts may not fall as we all think it does. Still seeking Father’s truth and not man’s ways 🙌

Joshua kept Pecach on 14 Abib, and then ate of the land (parched grain) on the 15th. He was the first to enter the land. He ate of it on the 15th. Which means he had to of made the wave offering the morning of the 15th before eating of the land. So how does that work out in your timeline? 🤷‍♀️
And the children of Yashar'el encamped in Gilgal, and 👉kept the Pecach on the fourteenth day of the month at evening in the plains of Yeriycho. And they 👉did eat of the old grain of the land 👉on the morrow after the Pecach (15th), matstsah cakes, and 👉parched grain in the 👉selfsame day (15th). And the manna ceased on the morrow (16th) after they had eaten of the old grain of the land (15th); neither had the children of Yashar'el manna anymore; but they did eat of the fruit of the land of Kena`an that year. @@emjmnc I’m reading it. I have to say, as often as you say to not rely on writings outside of the scripture, you sure do rely on Philo is your paper/study to prove/assert your interpretation of the calendar. However, I am glad that you don’t rely solely upon the KJV.
Also, am I understanding that you only use the moon, and not the sun and moon with the stars as prescribed in Gen. 1:14?
