@@naifay-car the issue is that i am not getting a signal. i can't search for radio, it doesn't connect with my phone, theres no audio at all on it. i have spent all morning trying to find a way to actually contact your company to send schematics of my hook up for trouble shooting but there is NO AREA stating how to actually contact this company to get assistance with trouble shooting.
I connected correctly. But when i shift to reverse, it does not switch to camera. It stays in radio mode ir whatever mode i have it on. Nothing happens. Please help.
Hello, if you don't purchase wiring harness separately, the wiring process may be more complicated. Do you need to purchase a dash kit? Please confirm if the size of the center console opening in your car is 170 * 97mm or 178 * 100mm. If so, you don't need to purchase it.

If you are installing a reverse camera, you do not need to purchase other accessories.
Ive correctly wired the camera but when i shift to reverse, the light on the camera lights up but the head unit says "no signal" pls help.
