Boy I sure did get Luky, I just bought a 2002 chevy tracker for $1000.°° with 54,800 miles on it and it looks brand new, the good thing is that it's fully Loaded, and needs no upgrades, just doing regular maintenance on it getting it road ready like belts and hose's, new breaks and rotors & drums just for safety.
What is 2.0 is a really good engine? Is anybody put one in a Suzuki samurai that you know of

lol you're not wrong though. the engine has to have a timing chain replacement soon and it will get all new gaskets then. great observation and thanks for the comment was funny to read.

The early 90's Chevy Caprice/Impala SS has a dual horn setup also. I installed one on my Geo Tracker off a police car and it's definitely a louder improvement (Think any city Taxi).
now to clear up the headlights and really make that chrome grill JUMP

I need to find parts sometimes for my 2002 Tracker. I go to Rock Auto and they have most parts for it but not all. Do you know places online that stock parts for Trackers as well? By the way I just did a fuel tank replacement and all went well.

Bring a 9v or a power drill battery. That should have enough juice just to test to see if it works.

I have a 2000 Chevrolet Tracker, found it on a used car lot 80,000 miles, I have been going over it, all oil & fluids changed, new spark plugs, runs good. I have to put on a new antenna, bought one from Chevrolet several years ago while they still had them, what is the best way to get to the Coax cable connection, still thinking about how to get to it, it is behind the dash board deep upper left. Bought a cable video camera to try and see it, guess I will remove the panel below the steering wheel, hope that does it, don't want to take the dash board apart. Pennsylvania
Instead of cutting up your factory harness, why didn't you just graft the connector on the stock horn to the truck horn?
The stock horn will never be going back on this vehicle so it wasn't an issue. That definitely is an option, but my friend and I decided to do it this way. Thanks for the feedback.
My 03 trackers horn was where you put the new horn on yours. mine was way worse than yours and I replaced it with the harbor freight set for about $20 but I did have to make the bracket.

Yea, weakest horn I have ever had...mine finally died and I will replace soon.
Never use acid flux. Use rosin flux.

@@smashengineeringoffical Acid flux is corrosive and was designed for plumbing work. Rosin flux isn't corrosive, does basically the same job and was meant for electrical work. Using flux is still an A+ idea to eliminate contaminates and get better solder flow.
I have a problem, the engine drones at around 2.5k rpm and does it mostly when coming off the accelerator. I've been asking around and the consensus seems to be either engine mounts or exhaust/heat shield. Just wanted to get your opinion.

The only ones you can put on them is either a stock one pulled off another or a company in Australia is supposed to be the only ones that make custom headers, get ready to pay $500+ with shipping and all

If your happy with your quiet horn then that's great but they are waaaay to quiet
