My heart melted at the end when he said you’re the love of my life, it just shows the respect and admiration that you have for each other and that will then reflect upon your children that is why they are so happy because they see their parents so happy thank you for sharing part of your life with us I so look forward to your weekly videos
I agree! It is perfectly acceptable to have store bought treats in your home, and with lunches and after school snacks alone, you may need much more than that! Loved seeing you and hubby together today! My husband and I started doing the shopping together and grab a coffee or treat before to spend a quiet moment together ❤️ We’ve been married 20+ years and if you do not make the time together, life can get away from you. Love the video!
I’m a lucky woman, for the past six weeks my husband has been doing the shopping. He doesn’t mind, but being in lockdown only allowing one person out that is him, because he works and he is already out. I will be happy to take my shopping back! God Bless
I also dont usually take my hubby shoppng, but for opposite reasons... my husband is someone who loves to throw anything and everything in the trolley and i have to return half the shopping back to the shelves lol.
💜💜I just wanted to say happy Thursday from Colorado and also to say that I love your channel and to say your so beautiful and your family is amazing and beautiful and I just want to take the time to say this... you are blessed 100% in all areas of life and from one human to the next it truly is beautiful to see and inspirational💜 it’s nice to find a channel that feels genuine.
“Everything in moderation” ❤️🙌👍 I agree! We have fun snacky food in our house too. Makes life easier for sure. Thank you for sharing your hauls 🥰 I love them! Can’t get enough
You two are so sweet together ❤ . I was pretty late to the game on doing online grocery orders for pick up. The huge bonus for me is it helps me stick to a budget, no chance for impulse buys.
Sometimes it’s good to take hubby on a grocery haul, it’s a reality shock for them as the have no idea how much things costs or what’s involved grocery shopping your haul was good. Kids will love you lots of new snacks in the bin. I shop online, because of my health, and usually shop Coles and Woolworths so it works out very well getting specials etc at both stores get substitutes sometimes but on the whole it works out well. Delivery drivers have been so good and if I stand back they will drop groceries on the kitchen floor which is great saves me hauling them down the passage. Good video stay safe💕
Hi guys your both so sweet beautiful couple bless ya I used to work in coles when I was 16 in stanmore sydney brought tears to my eyes now I’m 53 keep safe bye hun
I agree we shop wherever its most beneficial and that usually means a mixture..but thats ok. No shame in buying convience as sometimes its not only easier but cheaper than making something from scratch. Tfs & take care 🌺
I just came across your channel early this morning. Im in America, things definitely are different from here to there.. Very nice seeing the difference. Really loved the part where the hubby said that you are the love of his life ❤
You two are the cutest couple! You did really well on your groceries considering the amount you have to purchase for your large family. You hadn't done a haul in a while. Your Aldi shop must have carried you quite far. I enjoy watching your hauls and see what types of foods Australia has vs America. It's very interesting! Looking forward to more hauls!
I am a widow of 13 years, but when my husband was as alive, he would complain of the amount of money spent, he would ask me do you leave anything left for someone else, you bought half the store. We raised 3 kids. He was no fun.
My son stays in the car while I do the shopping. Grandkids stay with him also or else I will go over budget. My son says I do better without them.😂 Love from the island of Guam 🌴
We have Woolworths insurance and get a 10% discount on one shop every month. I always make sure to stock up on things and make that my biggest shop each month.
You should definitely do click and collect! Place your order and you can select weather you would like them to substitute an item if it is out of stock. You can go through the half price sections, your specials section etc. Coles even brings the trolleys out to your car. Saves me so much time! :)
Loving you and your family - new sub - met you through The Radfords! You and you family are so fun to watch and so, so, so genuine! I’ll be binge watching tonight! Lots of love from Spain! P.S Green milk?? Haha! Xx
I am so impressed with you guys!! You are all so happy and friendly! Ray is a blessing in himself as is mum! Thank you for taking us along! When did you say l could come live with you??!! lol
We just started online shopping. Good thing you don't have to do the shopping. You don't have to bag groceries.. You don't have to load and unload. Bad thing you don't always get what you want or ordered. For instance I ordered butter top white bread and got french toast bread. LOL. The delivery people knock once drop off and don't even appear to want to be tipped. I would tip but they are gone before I get to the door. Happy holidays! I am in the US and so far this is my experience. We have stairs to go up to get into the house so added bonus to do online shopping. Course I have teenagers which I normally utilize for hauling in. Another draw back it seems to take a long time to put the order together online. Probably no longer then making a grocery list and doing the actual shopping. Funny thing is I end up buying more pastries online it seems then when I go in person. Overall I am finding the experience good especially during Covid.
So interesting to watch people shop in other countrys . I don't know how the pound compares to the us dollar tho! Thanks! From Montgomery Alabama USA 🇺🇸!
Thank you for sharing enjoyed watching your videos and I thought I had a big family cuz I had five children and my husband and I but I love when people have the large families I just think it's so special I always loved it at Christmas time you will have to show us a Christmas Haul I think that would be so fun and what's the weather like over in Australia here in the United States we're going into her fall I know they say the seasons are different over there at the moment we can still swim we are about 85 to 90 degrees at at this time
Are you able to buy 1/2 or whole steer (beef on the hoof) there? Would that economical or it is easier to deal with it the way you do? I can see you are feediing the kids nicely!
Do you all have the warehouse stores like Sam's or Costco in Australia? They would have the large sized packaged foods that your family uses. Great that your husband shopped with you. Mine hasn't been to the grocery store in 30 years I would guess. Just not his thing.
I did my first ever costco shop last year, and those dang pizzas wouldnt even fit in our fridge, the box was barely overhanging the shelves, stopping the door shutting. We had to have them for lunch and cut the other ones to fit into containers.
I live in Texas, I have never seen liquid milk on a shelf and not refrigerated. And we don’t go by liters ours are 1 gallon jugs. I love your family and the grocery hauls. Did the hubby panic though when you used to carts or I don’t remember what you call them? Trolleys? 😊
We call them shopping trolleys ;-) We have UHT milk that is longlife and on the shelves in the ailses. The normal fresh milk on the shelves are refrigerated, just not a closed in fridge
oh I hadn't thought of that. I'd still like to try it out though but sometimes it's just nice to get out of the house too, even if it is to do groceries hahaha
In Australia, what's known as heavy cream in the US is commonly known as thickened cream. The two both contain similar milk fat content percentages and are generally interchangeable in recipes. “Heavy Cream, which is the one that's often labelled thickened cream in Australia, consists of about 35 per cent milk fat (or 35 grams per hundred ml). Along with the 35% milk fat, thickened cream contains additives such as gelatin, vegetable gum or other modifiers. The additives act as thickening agents, making it easier to whip and less likely to separate or curdle. There is also a reduced-fat version containing only 18% milk fat. However, In the U.S., cream with a milk fat content percentage of 36 to 40 is classified as heavy cream. ... Heavy cream has no additives but is still naturally thick and fit for whipping. in the US, heavy cream is usually sold as 'whipping cream'. Double cream contains more than 48 per cent milk fat content. What is a substitute for thickened cream? Milk and Butter. Combining the milk and butter is an easy, foolproof way to substitute for heavy or thickened cream, that'll work for most recipes. The butter adds extra fat to the milk, making its fat percentage similar to that of heavy cream.
I see on your grocery shop videos you purchase tomato sauce. Is this comparable to tomato ketchup in the USA? Tomato sauce in the USA is just purée tomatoes with no spices.
Do you just let your kids take a snack or do they have to ask. My mother would get mad because I let my kids eat what they wanted. She never bought us snacks because she needed money for her diet foods, cigarettes and Avon. Then my dad always had to have steak and potatoes. Plus she bought food every day.
It can vary greatly because it depends on how many are eating at any one meal. I try to spend on average about $600/week but I'm finding grocery prices on the rise
Awwww! I subscribed when he said “I’m impressed with everything you do!”
Thanks, great to have you join our family xx
So lovely I teared up when he said u love of his life so nice to see respect and love x
My heart melted at the end when he said you’re the love of my life, it just shows the respect and admiration that you have for each other and that will then reflect upon your children that is why they are so happy because they see their parents so happy thank you for sharing part of your life with us I so look forward to your weekly videos
That is what my husband says. He says, I am the love of his life and the apple of his eye. So beautiful
I agree! It is perfectly acceptable to have store bought treats in your home, and with lunches and after school snacks alone, you may need much more than that! I’m a lucky woman, for the past six weeks my husband has been doing the shopping. He doesn’t mind, but being in lockdown only allowing one person out that is him, because he works and he is already out. I will be happy to take my shopping back! God Bless
You do so good with the shopping and care of your family!! And it is so nice to see the way you two love each other!!!
I also dont usually take my hubby shoppng, but for opposite reasons... my husband is someone who loves to throw anything and everything in the trolley and i have to return half the shopping back to the shelves lol.
My husband is the same way 🤣 I bring him shopping and our bill is usually double
I love watching your videos. I knew that a green milk would make it in to the trolley 😃
As usual, such a lovely, beautiful couple who respect each other. Your children reflect this. Take care and God Bless.
Too cute! Nice bargains. You’re great parents.

Potato jams in the US are called tater tots. It’s fun learning what others call things around the world.
Oh you are just the most lovely family X
Jeni, you are one brave mumma !!! I would never take my hubby shopping lol. Great video xx
I absolutely love the bonell family!!!

Also a big tip from another favorite UA-cam family I watch. Get a wagon to bring your groceries inside!!
hahaha I just said this the other day to hubby, that I need a wagon or trolley to bring in the groceries ;-)

Golly food is much cheaper in Australia than New Zealand. Good video thank you.

Yall are a beautiful family
You guys are great
What a beautiful couple
Just a suggestion try putting your cling wrap into the freezer for easier use. You will be surprised. love you videos

Love you guys and love your vlogs ♥️🤗🙏
I applaud your husband for going because mine say I take too long. I’m a couponer in the US.
Cute couple
New subscriber to your channel, love your family, thank you for sharing your life x [UK resident]
You've got a spar in Australia...... WOW ! Didnt know they reached that far.
The hardest part is putting the shopping away
God bless your family ❤️
Just subscribed, I come from a large family also. Only 7 of use and I can only imagine 18 . Be safe and be careful my friends.
Are you able to buy 1/2 or whole steer (beef on the hoof) there? Would that economical or it is easier to deal with it the way you do? I can see you are feediing the kids nicely!
I had a general rule of not paying more than $3 a kilo for fresh produce. But that's gone out the window with inflation
I was keen to hear what you were using each item for rather than just a your thru your purchases. Watch you heaps 👍
Jenn, what's a "blade" steak? Glad to see Ray.... always nice for hubby's to go every once in a while...
Big family big bills I only got 5 I thought my shopping bills were high your such a lovely couple
So adorable

Just subbed you guys made me smile all the way thru lovely couple first time watching
I enjoy watching from across the way...I live in upstate NY on a mountain...really enjoy hubby going with you...
How do you afford so much...? You guys are amazing...blessings your way💕💕
What are your favourite items from Aldi that you would stock up on?
I liked the mince in the 2kg packs (they had a nice meat range), the large tubs of butter and their crumbed calamari is definitely worth buying again
You guys need to really try Costco... the family size pizzas would be perfect for you
I did my first ever costco shop last year, and those dang pizzas wouldnt even fit in our fridge, the box was barely overhanging the shelves, stopping the door shutting. We had to have them for lunch and cut the other ones to fit into containers.

The only problem of online shopping is you can’t get clearances/markdowns.! Lol
oh I hadn't thought of that. I'd still like to try it out though but sometimes it's just nice to get out of the house too, even if it is to do groceries hahaha
I would love to see you do a bulk buy Aldi haul. 😬
What thickens cream?
Love to watch your grocery hauls! I learn something new every time!
In Australia, what's known as heavy cream in the US is commonly known as thickened cream. Munkastrap4 thank you for info!
You're welcome Paula xxoo
Lamb chops here are hard to find I find it odd it's so easy to get in your stores.
My dad went grocery shopping with my mom 1 time and never again!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I see on your grocery shop videos you purchase tomato sauce. Is this comparable to tomato ketchup in the USA? Tomato sauce in the USA is just purée tomatoes with no spices.
That's correct - our tomato sauce is similar to your ketchup. Your tomato sauce is similar to our pureed tomatoes/pasta sauce
Have you ever thought about buying a whole cow for your family? Not sure if you can do that there or not
Do u have food warehouses there like Costco or Sams Club, where u can save a great deal by buying in bulk n can goods r sold by cases.
we don't have warehouses in the town where we live but we are hoping to travel to one when we get the opportunity
heck of a haul for $700.00
😮😮
I live in America and we eat a lot of beef and I have noticed that you buy a lot of lamb. Is lamb consumed more there than beef?
Your husband sounds like my poppy from tasmania.
I thought of you guys when I was at work today and they had the 500g mince for 80 cents each. 😂😂
gosh, what a bargain. Hope you bought a few ;-)
Wouldn’t it be great if you traveled to England to collaborate with the radford family?
Eerrr no obviously no time soon no one is leaving Australua
How did you guys go when we had restrictions on how many of each product we could buy .
Do you just let your kids take a snack or do they have to ask. My mother would get mad because I let my kids eat what they wanted. She never bought us snacks because she needed money for her diet foods, cigarettes and Avon. Then my dad always had to have steak and potatoes. Plus she bought food every day.
Is it weekly shopping ? For the amount of mouths you have to feed you have done great!!
It can vary greatly because it depends on how many are eating at any one meal. I try to spend on average about $600/week but I'm finding grocery prices on the rise
What's the flavor of green milk? In US we have white strawberry and chocolate milk
Have you tried grocery pickup or delivery
That's a really healthy haul, I'm in coffs harbour
How often do you make a haul?
Hi,, what does hubby do for a living,, sweet man
Hubby is an electrician
