Oscar Helmecion of the Gilgamesh military sends Numerikov's squad after Mellowlink and Lulucy, a game of cat and mouse begins in the forest near the Helmecion castle.
Mellowlink introduces several fantastic scopedog variations, some of these designs would influence designs in the PS1 Votoms: Steel force game. The ATM-09-LC Light Scopedog Numerikov Custom is a great design.
In the lore of the Votoms universe these mechs are mass produced, and they actually dont cost alot for the military factions to make them. They use the cheapest materials but they're powered by a liquid called polymer ringer liquid, its a volatile liquid that explodes easily. The internals of these mechs are setup like a human muscular and vascular system. Also they are relatively small mechs (10 to 11 ft) and classified as vertical tanks.

Simple: in the lore the ATs are dirt cheap
So like
Bigger than an elemental but smaller than a protomech?
@@tomarmadiyer2698 Who is protomech? And what elemental you are talking about?
