On the 0.7 one what does the 0,3mm refer to. Likewise on the 0.5 one what does the 0.25mm refer to. I ask this as in the video he says the internal diameter is 0.5 so external is 0.55 mm, surely the bore is 0.25mm and the external or total thickness is 0.5mm. Can you explain when you get a spare moment

The first number is internal diameter. The second number is wall thickness. So 0.5 x 0.25 is 0.5mm internal diameter x 0.25mm wall thickness.
