In this video, I share my experience of attending a virtual assessment for a cabin crew position at Etihad Airways. I successfully passed it and will be joining the Etihad cabin crew team next month. I received feedback from the video introduction today after 4 months, so it really takes a long time. Now I got a date for virtual assessment in January finally.

@@christina3824 не думаю, что это видно. По крайней мере у меня не было уведомления «включить камеру». Просто открываешь ссылку и проходишь в своём темпе, временных ограничений нет.
@@christina3824 единственно в письме будет указываться, что они могут делать выборочно этот же тест уже в живую, чтобы проверять подлинность результатов.
@@spacehintа можно с вами ещё посоветоваться, хотела изначально в emirates, но решила просто для себя пройти собеседование в победу(чисто попробовать как оно), в итоге прошла и зовут на учебу, но хочется -то в emirates, как вы думаете, стоит согласиться или бороться дальше за emirates? Боюсь, вдруг больше никогда не пригласят и не смогу поработать бортпроводником🥲

Hey dear I submitted my video introduction in January and was waiting for a response for 8month, but it still said assessment in progress. so, i contacted Etihad twice once in June and august. the second time they didn't respond so i just applied with another account bc its 6month passed. then now i got invitation for the video introduction on the new application. if i respond would my first application be disqualified? would the second application take long as the first one? any tips?
I applied today and got the link to record video by this evening only...but the problem is i am 20 only and i will be turning 21 in march...if i get selected after march , will it still be a problem for me?

She had to wait around 2.5 months to hear back from them after she sent her video introduction.
I'm looked at some time-lines of successful candidates usually it takes them 2 to 6 months.... some waits a year ... some ex crew receives VA after a week ...

И я недавно записала и отправила я аж дрожала пока записывала 🥹 теперь вопрос сколько этапов у меня есть ? И они все это делает для Assessment day или все онлайн можно все этапы пройти и устроиться к ним ? Я сейчас не помню при подаче резюме на assessment day я выбрала Абу Даби и как быть если нету возможности слетать 😢
Молодчинка , все волнуются, это нормально 🤍 остался тебе ещё виртуал ассессмент про который я рассказываю в этом видео и английский тест. Это все онлайн, никуда лететь не надо. Даже если вдруг пришлют приглашение, ты можешь им отписаться, что физически приехать не сможешь, и так как у них есть опция полностью онлайн собеседований думаю они не откажут в этом.

I have received the invitation and in the grooming rules they say that’s it’s as you like, either shaved like EK or with well trimmed beard 😁

Я дошла до этапа virtual assessment, но по веским причинам не смогла присутствовать на собеседовании. Сейчас напротив моего Application (cabin crew-Moscow) стоит rejected. Как вы считаете, нужно ли мне ждать 6 мес (говорят, что сейчас 3), чтобы подать на worldwide?

Спасибо 😊 я не в курсе новых правил, но на мой взгляд, можно подаваться, потому что фактически вам никто не отказывал, а значит ваша кандидатура не нуждается в каком то дополнительном времени, для работы над собой и тд. Но, в идеале; напишите им на почту какие веские причины были, и предупредите что будете подавать снова. Они могут вам ответить сорри, но ждите 6 месяцев, или да, можете подаваться. А если ничего не напишут, то я бы подалась по истечении недели. Ну и если уже будут какие-то вопросы у них, то уже будете ссылаться на переписку в почте) а вы пробовали перенести VA?
@@spacehint Спасибо большое за совет. Так и сделаю: напишу им, подожду ответ. В любом случае, ничего не теряю. К сожалению, уже нельзя было reschedule. Они сами переносили несколько раз дату из-за праздников, и я подтвердила окончательный вариант, в конце августа, но присутствовать не смогла. Сейчас снова готова пробовать.
Надеюсь, все будет хорошо, они войдут в положение 🙏🏻

Здравствуйте, если в анкете на сайте я указала один опыт работы . Меня пригласили на следующий шаг , а на интервью рассскажу о другом опыте , так как в анкете некорректно . Что делать?
В анкете которую заполняешь перед Virtual Assessment? Смотря в каком ключе будет поставлен вопрос на VA, например почему вы ушли с той компании, или какие в ней были сложности, тогда стоит рассказывать про тот опыт который именно спрашивают, и не предлагать другой) но, если вопрос в общем, типа «скажите случай когда вы разозлись», тогда можно просто рассказать из другого опыта. Самое главное, чтобы им не показалось, что вы выдумываете)

Hi, yes, Covid vaccines are mandatory, but if you don’t have them yet, they will ask you to do it on arrival in Abu-Dhabi. Without them you can’t fly.

Здравствуйте, в видео просто записываешь ответ на вопрос, тайминг минута на каждый вопрос, живого человека нет) сколько времени на подготовку ответа отведено не знаю, но ты сама можешь нажать кнопку записи как будешь готова . Перезаписать можно, количество попыток не знаю.

I had the same notification when i completed the assessment but did not receive any email notifications that it was received. the problem also that when i click on the link again it asks me to do the online introduction and does not show that i havw completed it. Can u please try to click on the link again and tell me what happens with u as i am not sure if that is normal?
@omarmostafa5410 You got a notification at the end saying that your video recording has been successfully received by Etihad Airways right? Then as I read they got your video. I didn't get an email too. I read on Reddit that nobody got email that saying our video introduction received by Etihad. Also I read that until link expired you can open the page but there was a kind of warning that when you completed don't record video introduction again cause its already has been received. I'm little bit worried too honestly but I hope our introduction got received and we will get shortlisted for assesment day virtual or face to face. I wish you all the best.

Hi, I don’t remember anyone wearing glasses during the interview, but it shouldn’t be a problem. You will just need to declare it when submitting your medical form and get the prescription from the doctor.

@@hnin3877-z5f Don’t worry, if you pass the interview successfully, you’ll be asked again whether you have a notice period or not. Most probably they just forgot to clarify, in my opinion it doesn’t mean that you won’t be selected.
