Is it possible to mount the SVD american replica in an russian made AK74? Because I have a russian AK but the sight I have is an american SVD POS-1. Thanks!
@@Sovjoz-d3w if it is an svd type mount then you will need to switch the base for an ak mount. Some mounts are hot swappable between some makes and manufacturers. I can tell you a belarus made scope ak mount scope and a romanian svd mount scope that the bases between the two are not 100% identical. If you could find just the us made ak base for your us made svd scope you should be good to go. Do a search either on youtube or your favorite web browser on how to swap the pso and posp scope bases. Hope that helps!

@@cozymode The good ones are very hard to come. You can find airsoft versions but I wouldn't trust them on an actual Firearm.

Yes, keep in mind you wont have the greatest eye relief and an adjustable stock is recommended.
