I am doing a flip flop thru hike of the Appalachian Trail. I started my first leg at Warwick Turnpike in NJ and am hiking south through the miles I did on my 2016 thru hike attempt.
Day 18 Ensign Cowall Shelter to Ed Garvey Shelter 24.8 Miles
Day 19 Ed Garvey Shelter to Harpers Ferry,WV
Total Trip 339.6 Miles
