How does Judge Millán not get this, she’s been doing this for 30 plus years: domestic violence complaints are mishandled all the time. Often, the way the complaint is handled by the police who arrive at the scene is based on the ideas or misconceptions, or outright biases of the officers. She must have seen this a million times. I’ve never seen her react like this before.

That’s why judge milian is acting like this. There’s holes in the story. She set him up and milian knows this. Doesn’t want to be on record she’s taking pills. Doesn’t want to make a ruling on something still battling out in divorce court. The man has issues but he didn’t hit her. If there were records of domestic violence, even once, this wouldn’t be his first offense. I believe she took the house from him and if she was administering his drugs for him then he can battle for his house

The judge was completely rude and unprofessional with the defendant. Most cases you can tell by the Plaintiff’s behavior and actions who are the abusers and nut cases and who aren’t. She was definitely abused! By the way he acted, his actions and the way he responded to the questions…..he was an abuser! He even admitted to being admitted to a psychiatric hospital on a few different occasions. The judge attacked the defendant for absolutely no reason. That was awful and she should be ashamed!

But, when trying to explain he blames his medication and brings up hurricanes. Classic abuser. The PRESCRIBING DOCTOR said don't take certain medications, but SHE made him take it(did she write and fill the prescription herself). He makes no sense. None.

One or three things happens when you give the person that's being evicted notice. The first is, they believe it. The second they will packed and leave. Mostly like the third one is to go back to court to file some BS motion to buy more time.

Judge Milian does a lot of victim blaming but I do understand this was in 2015 when she took the case but still the women shouldn’t have to wait to say she wants a divorce he should’ve never put her in that situation

Anytime someone, whatever their gender is, the most dangerous time in an abusive relationship is the time you decide to leave. Never tell your partner you are leaving. Just prepare a go-bag and leave when they are not around.

I definitely don't like how the judge handled this one in the end. She didn't hear out the defendant. This lady got abused and wanted address his bullsh*t excuse for hitting her. & the judge didnt let her speak. That wasn't right at all. 👎🏽👎🏽

Honestly Judge Milian should have allowed her to finish and she absolutely should have called out his narcissism when he lied and then attempted to victim blame his wife saying "she wanted me to" !!! All the different therapists, counselors and psychiatrists this dude's seen yet he's still this mentally unstable?? I think it's time for a reputable psychologist to begin weekly seesions with him and immediately sending him to inpatient care to figure out a medication that will actually work for him and help him!!! Just sayin...

90% of women would be in prison if small hits were just as bad as a giant uppercut. So yes the amount of damage and intention matters. I bet that most of the women watching this would be in prison now if they were to be judged by how they think a man should be judged.

I assume she was mentioning the diet pills at the end because he accused her of acting crazy on them too but she claims she didn’t take them. Probably was just wanting to clear that since the divorce isn’t finalized, there’s kids involved and this is televised. The judge constantly cuts people off, assumes what they’re going to say or why they’re bringing it up with no opportunity to explain. Sometimes she’s right, but.. not always and then there’s cases like these where we will never know. lol
