Arnel don't hit these notes anymore. I mean he still sounds good BUT his pipes are VERY powerful here, up there with Steve Perry. OBVIOUSLY not at the same level but he's pretty close. I'd say he gets to the Perey voice at 75-80%, not quite the same but challenges it some.

Steve Perry is not the owner/founder of the band, he is NOT Journey band member now. All songs of Journey own the band, not him. Meaning the latest lead vocals is free to sing all their songs, you cannot accuse Arnel a cover singer or a copy cut nor a karaoke singer of all Journey songs. He is a legal lead vocals of Journey band. If you a composer/song writer, you don't want to cover your song, apply a patent, so no one can sing your song. 😂 Peace! Enjoy the music, don't be toxic.
