I love the Hanke bag. I could totally fit enough for my husband and I on a weekend trip. I love the styling, sleek and very minimal. It’s awesome and very functional inside which keeps you from having to figure out “where” to put things the pockets are all thought out.
I have the London Fog underseater in a houndstooth pattern and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I have used it the last 2 plane trips to CA (2023 & 2024). Great wknd bag with compression packing cubes!
The London fog bag is definitely a ladies bag either way those clear pockets for cosmetics. It doesn’t hold a lot of clothing but it holds a lot of stuff (I have it). Just put your laptop in a laptop sleeve and then place it in the item. Side pockets will fit light shoes like flip flops.
I have the Verage bag (previous version) & that's the one bag I use for my 3 to 5 day trips. I use compression cubes and that works out well. Either my 12" or 13" macbook fits into the zipper pocket on the outside, I use my powerbank in one of the pockets, and a water bottle in the other. The Verage compact bag (it's the smallest of the Verage bags) fits under the seats on smaller regional jets as well as standard jets & I still have room under the seat for my small purse. I fly JetBlue most often when I go to FL and always get a window seat.
I have the travelpro and I love it! It will fit under American premium economy seats but just fyi, it doesn't fit under any economy seat anywhere 😂. I use it as my carry on combined with an exceedingly understuffed Tom Bihn Synik 30L to force myself to pack in a way that's not just going to annoy me when I'm off and on trains and busses all the time. It's a great size carry on, but not a personal item.
Actually, I also have the Travel-Pro and have never had trouble fitting it under the seat in economy. Not sure why the difference, but I have used it as my personal item numerous times and it has always fit.
@@laurieswallows I commented before finishing the video because I'm an idiot like that. I was talking about the very first bag he showed. He has another travelpro later and that one actually looks slimmer? The first one, for me anyway, has proven too wide. Maybe I'm just bad at Tetris (it's true, I'm not that good at Tetris).
I have a Kenneth Cole underseater 4-wheel spinners (360 navigation) luggage with shoulder straps and retractable trolley handle. The luggage also fits over a luggage handle too. Its dimensions- 17"H x 13"L x 9"D, 5.6 lbs. The front compartment interior includes a padded tablet pocket and the main compartment consist of a zipper pocket, two shoe pockets and garment restraints to hold items in place. This is my personal item alongside my carry-on luggage and love 'em (Note: I purchased the 20" luggage).
Perfect timing on this review. I've been about 2 keystrokes away from ordering that same Verage bag for several days, but now I'll seriously consider the London Fog and the Travel Pro. I thought I really wanted a spinner so I could roll it sideways down airplane aisles. But, this small bag would be so light that it wouldn't be too heavy to tote down the aisle. (And, tbh, I'm buying pricier seats now, so maneuvering it down long airplane aisles isn't much of a concern any more.) Thank you.
I really love your taste and style always so chic. My faves would be the kislux leather backpack and the Swarovski pave diamond ring so gorg. Thank you for your recommendations.
For a long time, as the price of Chanel increased, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I'll be happy that I have the kislux as my travel bag that I don't have to take care of. By the way, I'm sure no one will have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.
This is true. Those of you saying it fits carryon sizing isn’t helpful. This is an under seat personal bag to avoid using overhead bins where carryons live.
If you are looking for 16-6-13 under seat wheelie, I just purchased one that size which is advertised on Temu as a wheelie backpack. I was shocked by the great quality of this backpack which was purchased to put my husband's CPAP in its case because it is very heavy to hand carry and it fits perfectly in this bag. I liked the bag so much I purchased a 2nd one for myself and paid $55 for each bag. The bag also has a trolley strap that you can put the backpack easily on top of another piece of luggage especially since it does not have extensively protruding wheels unlike many of these under seat bags like the Travel Pro bag I previously owned.
The Verage (smallest roller bag) absolutely fits on most airlines underseat spaces. I use that bag on JetBlue and Southwest, with no problems at all. I've never flown Frontier or Spirit, but Verage does comply with their dimensions (again this is the smallest Verage bag, not the "plus" bag).
I bought a London Fog just like that and though I like t and it holds a good BUT, it doesn’t fit under the aisle seat of a major airline! I wasted good money on and now won’t be able to use it. I specifically bought it for my under-seat carry on 😢
Wierd question, could you use the travelpro & have a large backpack ontop of it vertically using it as a dolly essentially, without it being unstable? Or you think it will just flop over thanks!
My sister is married to a rich guy and he gives her whatever she wants so she buys "designer bags and jewellery" but little does he know that everything she has is a fake. She puts that money on the side for probably a rainy day. True story *luxrul*
None of these comply as an underseat bag outside of the US. They can go as carry ons IF the airline allows carry ons. They're just too big probably because of the handle and seriously most people could carry it or attach it to a checked bag
I’ve seen a lot of these under seat bags, no one has shown a seat similar to the plane seat to show that it would fit. IJS. What happens when the average person puts all their items into the bag, how much does it expand?
This is so sad because we know LV canvas gets thinner over time but Goyardâs canvas is literally paper thin. Most of their bags are leather lined but for me a big reason to own a coated canvas kislux bag is that it is lightweight and indestructible
I am currently seeking a underseat carry-on. I prefer something like a duffel bag, that i can put on my suitcase. But i also like the bage shown in the video. But the the range is 40x30x15... Why only 15cm? It is so hard to find... I find more around 30x25x25 an such... Does have anyone some tipps? Can maybe augh things shown in the video could also work?
Good overall analysis of the bags. Might I offer some advice? Slow down when you talk. sometimes you’re talking so fast that your words are kind of slurred. All of your good info doesn’t have to be rushed.😊
The kislux looks still good and 1/10 the price of real one. So many people will choose fake. Since during u walk in mall or on the street no1 will stop u and check ur bag from 5cm distance to see these differences. These differences are mostly impossible to see from more than 1-2m away. And be honest. 95% of these people buy these stuffs only to pretend fancy, rich during a walk
Do people really need their laptops for a 3 day trip? I have the London Fog bag in a blue color and love it. Since I generally don’t pack extra shoes it will last me 4 or 5 days. However it does not fit under any seats I’ve tried.
40 x 30 x 15cm is the maximum dimensions for carry on underseat luggage. every underseat carry luggage in the video complys with those dimensions. Ie each one will fit under a plane seat. There's very few airlines worldwide that don't have enough room under the seat for 40 x 30 x 15cm dimension travel bags under the seats.

All of the bags are significantly bigger than allowed on United as underseat/personal items (9x10x17).
You could also put your laptop in a sleeve prior to puttin’g it in the front pocket for extra protection.
I love my London Fog bag. With packing cubes it works really well for me!
Yeah! I was really impressed by it. I still have it and may use it for my next trip!

My mom bought one kislux and she loves it. It had been there for over 10 years when she went out with it.
Hard to put these type bags underseat since leg room is so small for most seats.

Prices at least in the description would be nice to know, even if you have to give a range.
The trouble is that all of them exceed the permitted dimensions of many airlines. (Westjet, for instance : 16 - 6 -13 inches)
But it fits their carryon requirements.

none of them would be approved by European or Canadian airlines. You can use them as a carry on for American airlines, if they allow a carry on
This really helped me to see which bag was best for me. Wonderful breakdown, thanks for posting.

As you won’t be checking the bag, it’s an under seat bad, I don’t think the wheels are in danger of being damaged unless you’re too rough with it.
The London Fog bag MIGHT fit just my meds

Can you use as personal item on Frontier?
Likely not! The risk is definitely there if you try to slide it in as a personal item on frontier.
I have the verage. LOVE IT!
Very informative video. Now I want one of each bag!❤
there are cushioned laptop sleeves available :)
The bento bag by Nomad Lane is the best. We have a v.1 and a v.3.
No wheels on those = no bueno for those who have back issues & can't lift/carry.

The Travelpro is too big to count as your personal item. And it probably doesn’t fit under the seat
How many lbs for this luggage?
A underseat bag is usually the same max weight as a carry on cabin bag - 23kg
I love kislux that on the butterfly bag it says auguri / tanti auguri which means happy birthday
Half of these bags don't meet the measurement restrictions of major airlines.

Business trips or work trips - yes they need laptops
if it won't fit under the seat some airlines will make you put it as a checked bag.
Maybe if you folded the clothes you would get more space
A soft backpack that you can use often is best! No need for a special bag. 💼 what a waste of money.
That's why I'm not flying
