Hey Tim, I’ve set mine up and used it a couple times. About 3 days ago I noticed it had shut off and it had an E90 error. I didn’t think they needed it, but I went ahead and changed the filters out. It runs for about 4-5 mins and then shuts off with the E90 message. Any tips?

Hey Tim we have one I just watched your video our power went out and it doesn't want to seem to run it just beeps what can we do I sure would appreciate it if you get back to us and let us know what's going on Thank
Sometimes it confuses the built in electronics and it thinks the filters are blocked. So I would remove the filters and try to reset it and the plug, if it runs just put the filters back on. You can also try disconnecting the hoses on the out side and try to run it hose by hose, if it runs just connect it back. It has to be something simple, might just need to reset the breaker that goes to that hot tub. This is we’re I would start, then can move on to a few electrical things
Hello, my son just bought this hot tub for me as a gift. I wanted to know if you should keep it plugged into to heat 24/7 or how does that work? Thanks!
Yeah if you wanna get in it daily , it takes like 20hrs to go from hose water to 104 degrees. I usually turn the heat on the night before I get in and by noon the next day it’s hot… I haven’t noticed any kind of increase in the electric bill and I did have it on 24/7 for the first couple weeks, but didn’t use it daily and felt that hot water was going to waste . Honestly everything you mentioned is in a drawer, I didn’t use any of it because it never showed in the instructions to use them.
