We’ll be getting this spa in a couple days, as you mentioned spa in FL summer, I’m in AZ…. But the wife wanted it.. Hope the sun doesn’t destroy it out here. Great video, thanks
I just got mine intex hot tub too I can't use it until the spring I can't wait thanks for sharing God bless you always oh can you please let me know how yours is working thanks a bunch
the filter on far right doesn't take in water as much as led light return ?and are you supposed to take off the two filters when in pool? thanks for your time
It’s been 24 hours and I just turned the heat on yesterday and it’s only at 87 degrees but doesn’t feel warm at all, more like Luke warm. Am I doing something wrong??? I have the heat icon on and set at 104.
Outdoor weather is a factor. Here in Fl my water temp sits at 85-87 usually. Give it another half day, if the temp doesn’t reach 100, I’d call Intex. We couldn’t take anything higher than 101. It was cooking us. Lol good luck.
Can you tell me what the filter button does on the pump? Is it supposed to light up? When I push it - it beeps 2 x, but doesn't seem to do anything. How do I know the filter is working? Thanks in advance.

Good video description. I just bought this but thinking of returning because it says cannot expose to sun for an extended period. So do I take it apart after every use or what? Confused.
Direct Sun may “bleach out the color” and potentially dry out the plastic. Mine gets hit with sun in the afternoon. No issues yet. Lots videos of these in direct sunlight. Can always toss a small tarp over it in the summer months.

Straight to business, you the man!
Thanks.
Great video! Followed you step for step in setting up mine. You rock!

How do you put the airspot in without the air leaking back out
Can you do a chemical set up video and maintenance? Thanks!
How do you get the air knob to not release Air after you put air in I'm having a really hard time
It’s a one way valve. Once the tub is inflated, just stop the pump and release the connection.
@@TheVWGarage the sir still keeps coming out???
Twist the inner cylindrical part and it will stop. I think sometimes it unscrews
Your a star

Thanks! We just got ours set up.
My cover had a small patch (circle) like fall off .trying to put air in ??
Says on my directions bubles down on first pad. Hmmm

I m from Europe, we bought exact same intex spa for 4 people and it has only 1 filter. How odd. We bought it in Castorama in France

great video! thx bro 💪💪
Have you found how to add more air while it has water in it? All the videos show the Coleman models and the intex is a bit different
No. I need to add a little air due to the colder temps recently. If I get to it soon I’ll post a small vid.
Nice job brother
You mention the led/return. I don't see this in my box. Did you add that?
It just came with it. Not sure it it’s a different part number. I just grabbed this one from Academy Sports. I’m sure you can order one from Intex.

@@TheVWGarage gotcha, ya it was low 70s when I started it yesterday, today in CA it’s 76. The only way it heats up is the 🔥 icon?
Thanks 😊
What is the blue flap on the bottom of the spa under the hook ups on the inside.
The drain?

Green light should come on next to the button. One beep, then you hear the pump turn on.
@@TheVWGarage Interesting. Mine beeps twice and no light. Thank you!
Thank you for unboxing
doesnt heat the water as much as id like it to but it still was worth the $13 for it.
Needed to turn it on. Don't forget antifoam treatment.
Just bought one. After a year how's it holding up? Thanks in advance
Holding up just fine. I’ve had to top off the air in the walls once, due to cold weather. Other than that, no issues.
😀I love it! Thank you so much
Hey bud. New subscriber here. I bought this same tub but haven’t assembled yet. Any update after having it for a couple months?
No issues.
Did you use any special kind of extension cord, because it says not to and I’m short to my outlet as well. Appreciate the feedback!
Used a thick gauge extension cord. Been a few months, no issues with it.
We have our spa in a small house so we have extension cord from garage for outside use
How long did it take to heat the water?
A day.
In the coldest time hear in Fl, if I start the pump in the morning, by 6-7 it’s at 100.
Thanks for the information. 🙏🏼
How do you regulate chlorine balance
I put one 1” chlorine tab in the bobber. If you use it often, one tab every two weeks or so. Liquid chlorine will last longer.
Check level with a water test strip. Much like a pool.
