@@preetyjoo8 She said she wasn't an alcoholic and then went on to drink with David, wear sunglasses indoors (a clear sign of a hangover), and talk about wanting to steal alcohol from a party. Nobody even accused her of being one. She clearly doesn't know her daughter's boundaries because Natalie's visibly uncomfortable when Jen won't stop bringing up her trauma. David said that Natalie was more reserved at the beginning of the segment, and then Jen went on to completely destroy that privacy by revealing Natalie's business without permission. When Natalie said her mom was a little crazy and controlling in the past, her mom said "oh not this again," which a tell-tale sign of a narcissistic mother. David clearly picked up on this point-- or at least understood Natalie's defensiveness-- because he immediately sided with her on the topic, and also called out Jen for discussing Natalie's personal matters. Jen also doesn't even remember what age her kid was or how she felt during a major life event. A lot of people in the comments are talking about how she resembles their shitty mothers, and I agree. She was also just a plain asshole to Jason, and David had to steer her away from topics that bothered Natalie.

There is an answer motivation and perseverance. Anything in life you just have to find that thing to light a fire under your ass in layman's terms. Could be something as simple as I want to reward myself with a treat, or you want to do something you been putting off the hard part is trying to start and the hardest part is continuing. Preservere first when you start then find that motivation to keep going. Me I am on my way to have a house, I started working out to get into shape also extend my life there's things I need to see before I die, enjoy the time you have life is always fleeting you by, you can live it or not everyone has a choice.

I feel like David would fall in love with philosophy if he put in the effort to read philosophical books like Sophie's World or The Socrates Express. David's love for wondering needs guidance. He'd be one of modern society's greatest thinkers if he invested a lot of time into philosophy.

Definitely one of my favorite Views episodes! I was laughing so hard when Jason knocked over the tequila/Avengers book and Jenn knocks over the candle at the same time. Edit - To be specific, I thought the 10M segment was really funny. And then the chemistry with all of you and Natalie's mom was very entertaining and genuine.
Her gratitude alarms, therapy, shots, her stories/dislike of Natalie's ex bf's, David crying. That was a lot haha. I love episodes like this where you really connect with each other.

This was the pod we didn't know we needed! Nat's mom humbles the pod, and carves out a much needed deep dive in to Natalie, as well as bringing a more sincere side out of David; especially with the very end story of graduating Dave feeling the same fear of adulthood we all feel while on the precipice of the rest of our lives.

I love a tipsy jason and David, the point David was looking at his sweaty hands just made me laugh. I don’t speak for everyone but we love and appreciate all the work you put into your videos and podcasts. You guys should be Dam proud of where you have come from and where you are now.
Also Natalie Todd is perfect I think your mum just wants the best for you but she couldn’t quite find the words ❤️
