    Great video Paul! I find the cold plunge helps me expel excess yang energy, especially when done in the evenings. I've watched many videos on cold plunging, this is the first time I've heard anyone mention the hunters reflex & how to manage around it, that is valuable information, thank you!

    Hi Paul,
    thanks for the video! I love my cold showers. For me it's much easier to handle cold water on the frond of my body, not on the back of my body. What does that mean?

    Hi Paul. I have a follow up question around the same topic. What are your thoughts on sauna? Is sauna safe for people not at optimail health?

      Infared sauna is safe for everyone, you just start on lower temps. You are getting all the benefits at 120 degrees. Start slow and build a tolerance and it is good!
