I just want to point out that Nintendo basically De-Fictionalized that one Fan Animation where a Goomba runs from an Invincible Super Mario screaming No for its dear life and turned it into this enemy basically. It's EXACTLY how the Skedaddlers act. You can put the Flash Animation's audio over them running and it wouldn't be out of place.
