Flour Pudding:
3 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup Flour
Roast In Low Heat
Roast For 5-6 Min.
2 And 1/2 Cup Milk
Mix Well
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Rose Water
Cook Until Thickened The Mixture
6 Inch Mould
Grease Oil
Pour Mixture
Keep Aside
Caramel Sauce:
1 Tbsp Cornflour
1/2 Cup Water
Mix Well
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Water
Cook Until Caramelised The Sugar
Pour Cornflour Mixture
Mix Well
Pour Over Flour Pudding
Cool Down
Keep In Fridge For 2-3 Hours
Cut Into Pieces
Dry Fruits
