Unless you are making this once a year, the amount of ghee and sugar you have used for the gram flour is a heart attack, stroke and diabetese in one piece of sweet. Cant you show a sweet with just a tablespoon of sugar and ghee? That would be a sweet to make at home.
That's why it called sweet... If you are very healthy conscious then don't eat anything sweet... This is only for those who enjoy sweets... And no such thing using one tablespoon of sugar to make sweet... Please use your common sense
