It is sadly like this, very rare use cases besides meme situations like golem stall (which is mostly pointless outside of afk since his s3 can kill them nicely enough)
I hate how suddenly I’m not using my Hoederer since I’m trust farming other operators. Or even my Chong yue, the very first operator I max level. I really hate offensive charging skills, I hope there would be easier way to charge Chongyue skill besides just bringing Stainless’ cannon. Though I am having fun using Aak now that I got him, it’s so fun having him shoot Lin and see her skill charge up so fast.
@@crow5457s2 is actually my most used skill despite not being masteried. Mainly in just in IS tho since you can get him to permastun quite easily. Outside of IS I almost always use s3.
I didn't know how to deal with the 100% dmg only from the blocker properly so I just used his S2 with like 6 medics and a borrowed yato to deal with the right lane lol
It's understandable, it's perfectly functional even at sl 7. The m3 gives him 12% more atk and 3 less sp for activation and deactivate which don't really matter most of the time. It's a good skill for when you need an extra block and guaranteed stun but it lacks compared to s1 and s3 bcs it's his only skill without any self sustain. It also has very niche uses outside jokes clears sadly

I got hoedoer as a temporary operator in my is2 run recently. S2 plus the relic which doubles stun time basically makes him perma stun any enemy😂
Double the stun, double the fun!
