AIO is Cooler for you Processor. Usually u will get cooler fan for purchasing ryzen 5 5600X proc.
I already test it. I combine my ryzen 5 5600x + B550m aorus elite with rtx 3070 . The temperature is fine. If not playing a game, the temperature will be 40 above. If play a game maybe 70c temperature. I don't used AIO yet. If you used AIO, maybe temperature will be much batter than this.
Did you have to do any Bios Update? I It does not run

How did you update bios and how about vrm temp and turbo boost ? because i want to buy this motherboard and this cpu .
Don't worry about the Mobo bios. Usually supplier already update this Mobo bios. You can double confirm with your supplier.
