This is an excellent video for multiple medicine ball tosses. And I agree don’t go too heavy. Better to throw faster with good form. Well Done 😊

Thanks for sharing these exercises. What is a good weight for a lady golfer?

Thank you for your question! The most important thing is mastering the move and maintaining good form. I would say start light (4-6lbs) and as they get easier, increase the weight

Hey great video. What’s the sets for these exercises and are they all 20-25 reps?

This is always the hardest question to answer. I don't know your situation or goals. If you're working on power, keep the reps low(6-8). If you're working on endurance go a little higher (25-20)

What brand and type of bouncing medicine balls were you using?

What kind of wall balls are those? I am looking for a ball that bounces back to me so I can keep the activity going at a fast pace

The balls from Perform Better are great for that. www.tkqlhce.com/click-7894677-12200952
The soft toss elite bounce perfectly, not like a rubber ball, but not like a flat one.

what weight is suitable for golf

Hi Ray, It depends on your goal. I like to start with a lighter weight 4/6lbs to ensure proper form for the rotary throws. Also, moving faster is better for the nervous system, than heavy weight slower movement. If your goal is to get stronger, then a 10/12lb ball is good, just make sure you can still use the hips first. With slams you can go heavy (up to a 30lb ball), just try and move as fast as you can. Hope this helps
