My lats are tight! I was able to pass the tests, but doing these stretches I could feel a ton of resistance, especially the third stretch. Im adding these stretches to my routine for sure. Thank you!
Mr. Hansen. This is another great exercise routine. Thank you for submitting them. I see on the right of my computer screen your entry of "Top 10 Band exercises..." My question today is this: could I buy a print-out or cards with these exercises on them --- for use in my workout room? I have "print image" and copied some of your positions into a WORD file and printed them out, but this approach lacks the full instruction of each exercise. With my experience with workouts I know to follow the detail instructions associated with each exercise. Thank you ahead of time for your time.
Hi Jess, I replied on the other post, you may enjoy our app. It has video instruction with detailed explanation for each exercise. Here's the link again www.hansenfitnessforgolf.com/coachingapp Let me know if you have any questions
Thank you, it's good to be back. The primary reason to be seated is to keep the lower body stable, which will increase the stretch with more separation. If you can't find something to sit on try them on both knees or on one knee. If on one knee turn into the knee that is up in front of you.

wow that third stretch really hits my tight spots lol
welcome back! can the stretch with the club and ball be done standing? All my chairs at home have a back, which makes turning problematic.

If you didn’t have issues with shoulder turn how far should you be able to turn for seated exercise?
45 degrees is the benchmark.
How often do you recommend this stretches ?
You can do these daily. The only way to get results from stretching is to be very consistent.
