I absolutely LOVE THIS. And I also like the idea of Narrator just being able to float around whenever. And i saw that Monokuma part- I know I have more things to say about this but I guess I just can't put it into words. Basically, this is awesome

The way the Narrator just floats next to Stanley is how I’ve always envisioned it, and it’s even funnier here than in my head

I love that the Narrator has so much personality in his voice alone that people can make full animations of him
Idk if it's just an art style thing, but the fact that you gave the Narrator little fangs while the rest of him is fully human is exactly how I draw him and I'm so glad I'm not the only one who felt compelled to have SOMETHING slightly non-human about him.
Or if it's just an anime uwu cat fang, ignore what I said lol

This is great, and kinda eerie with how much it looks like how I envision the narrator! (Though I do imagine him following Stanley more like a shadow, like in another animation I've seen.) Love the reaction to the "preachiness" bit, I'd honestly love to see his reaction to being called "unfunny".
